I’m not sure what is going on here but this is not Chipotle! My food is horrible! Fire then all. The guac, the pico and my chicken bowl was absolutely horrible. They overfilled my bowl with so much food too. Disgusting and hard to believe this is Chipotle.The guacamole tasted like vinegar.Asked for lettuce but missed it. The chicken is old, the rice isn’t the same. I’m a huge Chipotle fan….you cant fool me.
The first person who attended me was rude, treated me very sassy. I couldn’t hear her because it’s loud in here with the music, people talking, the kitchen noises, the case barrier, AND she had a mask on.I washed my hands and the restroom It’s so messy, dirty, and stinky!The rest of the place was also messy.The manager needs to put some love here.
The food was really good. However, for myfirst visit to your Company it was not so good! Thank God your customers are so nice they were talking to me the whole way trying to guide me through your system and what you offer as I got to the front.. my turn I tried to remember everything the customers explained but your employees didn't talk to me at all! they just looked at me and said do you want this do you want that, BUT don't tell you what it is! HORRIBLE customer service! Then at Checkout out I handed the young lady my phone to to punch in a gift card and I believe it was a manager came up and grabbed the phone out of her hand handed back to me and said we don't take phone numbers !?! Who is giving her a phone number I said it's a gift card that she sucked her teeth continue to punch my numbers in then walked away! All in all chances are we won't be back to Chipotle! It was a very frustrating and panicking experience thank God the customers were all so nice and helpful...❤
I always place mobile orders for time convenience, and because I have an immino-compromised son and it's better for me to be in and out as quickly as possible. Every time I come here the order is never ready on time, normally it's at least 10 to 15 minutes behind.Today I waited nearly 25 minutes at the to go shelves before I finally asked the cashier. She went back and my food had been waiting behind the counter for who knows how long. I get it home and it's all ice cold, because apparently it had been made but never placed on the shelf. So I just paid over $20 for cold food. Lovely. It's even better considering I paid extra for double meat and there's barely even a full scoop of chicken in this bowl.
This is the worst location in the area. Simple instructions aren’t even cared for or heard. It’s not that complicated to make a burrito. How I end up with a ball rather than a burrito is beyond me. If you ask for light ingredients beware they have heavy hands and don’t know how to roll a burrito.this is now multiple times. Unreal
Had to actually come to the store because everytime I order from door dash my order is wrong or missing something. I ordered and the cash register went down and they had to reset it. Took like 7-8 minutes of just standing there and waiting. Manager just went in the back after he fixed it and never addressed the 15 or more people that were standing there but the cashier did let us know. Food was good but watching the lady who was doing the To-go orders was crazy. It was sloppy and not one bag that she prepared had napkins or utensils. Hopefully they will get it together as I have had to complain several times and it doesn't seem to help.
I feel like this photo should say everything. My bad has my name with my rice bowl and chips and then I got some poor person's salad instead. Just the completely wrong order. It's frankly just depressing.
I’m not sure what’s going on here , but this place is horrible. The customer service is terrible . They don’t change gloves at all . The prepping station is not clean , I know it may not be enough workers but just take your time be nice and do it right! Also the portion size is ver very small now , 1/2 scoop of rice and 1/2 scoop beans smh for almost$10 eeee not worth it
This is the worst experience I had at this chipotle today. I go in and the doors are locked saying they have an electrical issue so they can’t take orders inside. So I order online at 6:49pm which I have via email confirming. It’s is now 7:41 and still stuck inside with no food. Why am I waiting an hour for a bowl and quesadillas. What’s crazy is everyone on line is getting the food before us which is super unacceptable.
Tough to get to in the middle of rush hour traffic, but well worth the visit. So many people standing in line when it's so easy to order ahead on your phone and have the food ready when you arrive. I went to the pick up rack and mine wasn't out there; turns out I had to ask for it by name, but it was ready. Consistently delicious no matter the location, and an easy in and out once I got to the restaurant.
