Worst Checkers Ever!!! The staff is rude and tacky. Apparently at “shift change” they don’t take orders and prefer you wait in the parking lot 20-30 minutes while they get themselves together. All while their staff stands outside to smoke and talk to friends. This establishment needs to be shut down or there needs to be a revision in staff and education on customer service. I will never return to this Checkers…I won’t pay money for poor service. It’s not worth it. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time.
I appreciate you reaching out, I went there on my lunch break to grab something fast. I love the voice activated ordering process but when you order slushies or ice cream it's not registering correctly and does not tell you it's out and twice now I had to correct it and switch to something else and they never refund the difference in cost at either location I go to. They forgot our second slushie and asked me to drive around to the other pick up window and sat waiting for like 8 minutes for a partially melted drink. The burger was not the freshest and the lettuce and tomato made my bun soggy by the time I ate 10 minutes later. The fries were fresh and hot and the worker apologized for our wait but I think its ridiculous to have to go back in line and have soggy and melted food while waiting on one slushie. They are 4 bucks each and for the cost should be in insulated Styrofoam cups and be ice cold and fresh each time.
First off ordered a checker burger meal, was told go to other side. Waited 15 mins. 2nd get order thinking I had fresh fries. They charged me for 2 burgers which had to waste 1 of them. My burger was the nastiest coldest hamburger and the fries tasted like they were sitting there for 3 days. I live a few mins from there so the food should've been hot. Will never buy from checkers again. Even krystals would be been alot better.
If I could rate it 0 I would. Horrible service. Wildly rude women. I ordered online ahead and still waited outside the building for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I had to walk in between cars to the drive thru window to speak to the lady. I ordered ahead for convenience of picking up my food and leaving. They had me standing in the sun for like 25 minutes. So incredibly rude. Will never patronize this chain again.
The fries were hard and had the appearance and taste of being reheated again. The double fish had the appearance of being reheated and lacked taste. A terrible meal experience. The employee that gave us our order was cordial.
It was open for normal business. This time. The last two times I went to this particular location, I was told they were only accepting UberEats style orders; No drive-up or walk-up orders; hence 4 stars.With that said...Without fail the fries are always burn your tongue, hot and fresh. The order is always assembled correctly but I am not big on the A.I. ordering process as I find I have to repeat my self in several areas but hey the food was still correct.
Sat in line for 20 minutes with 3 cars in the line total. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable for “fast” food.
Was craving a chilli dog and man did they deliver! Some of the best chilli dogs I've had in a while the food tasted so fresh ? absolutely awesome experience thank you to the manager who saw I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for this place to open she served me early and the food was awesome I will definitely come here again!
This location doesnt pay attention. Didnt give me my fries on a large combo. Attempted to forget about my mozz sticks. 20 dollar order and almost half the meal missing.Update after responce. I filed a complaint on facebook, no one has even looked at it let alone acknowledged it. I went to your contact page. I got a somebody will investigate and get back to you email and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Screw asking me to help you identify problems when you have departments that clearly dont do their jobs just like your store locations.
This is the worse checkers i have ever been to. The person at the drive thru was awful to me and my husband. When we were attempting to order our food she was giving us nothing but attitude and coming off nasty. My husband pulled up to the window to tell her off and she got tough and flashed her pink knife at us. It was about 4 inches long, closed. She needs to get fired. She can not be in the food service industry with that attitude and threaten people the way she did.Do not go here. She set a really bad example of what it takes to be a drive thru attendant.
