poor customer service . Overcharged me for a sandwich , gave me the wrong sandwich and told me that they’re mouthing that they can do. They didn’t have one sign up saying that they don’t do exchanges or refunds nor did anyone try to offer an alternative .
Such a great selection of flavors that really hit the spot if you like smoothies. I had the Sunrise Sunset smoothie and, let me tell you, it was so fresh and refreshing. They gave a great selection of add ins as well. There's also food here as well. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch on ciabatta and its was delicious. My kids (5,4) also really enjoyed their strawberry banana smoothies and keep asking to go back lol.
Embarrassing business practices!! Friends & I arrived here at 6:45pm today (Sunday) for smoothies & the girl behind the counter turned us away, saying they were closed, although both the web and the window sign clearly say they close at 7:00pm on Sundays.We walked out, accepting the disappointing fact that Covid has affected business everywhere. As we were leaving, two guys were approaching, so we let them know Tropical Smoothie was in fact closed. They walked in anyway, & as we were driving away we stopped & watched as they were served!! Guess they changed their mind about closing early?? Wow.
I can't believe I spent almost $7 for a smoothie that's mostly ice and artificial sweetener. Most of the smoothies are watered down and very expensive. There's only 1 size as well. Save yourself and just get a wawa smoothie. (A gas station smoothie is better)
Shakes are good. Tried to pre-order by phone. Phone # wouldn't work. The lady said they didn't change the number. So I went in. I ordered a Jerk Chicken Wrap & 4 shakes. No Chicken in the wrap or straws in bag.
The smoothies are good and the staff is very friendly. I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time I was greeted with a smile
Pinky provides the best customer service with a smile. She always remembers how I prefer my smoothie.
I have been to this cafe a few times now and i have had a really good experience. Nice clean environment and great customer service. The food was very delicious.
Overall really good restaurant with great food at good value very healthy. I specially recommend the new item green goddess shirmp flat bread with mozzarella. Can't wait to see next month's new seasonal items.
I always love going to this place with my friends. I am so glad that this location opened. We are always welcomed with a smile and very clean and friendly environment to sit and enjoy my Bahama Mama smoothie and wraps. I always recommend this place to everyone.
