I had made an order through Postmates and I had received the wrong order that Taco Bell on Kirkwood Highway had given to the driver. The driver brought it to my home and I had let him know that it was the wrong order. He stated that this is what he was given and he even offered to pick the order back up and take it back to Taco Bell so that it could get fixed. We said it was fine and that we will take the order ourselves. When we had arrived at the Taco bell on Kirkwood where the order was placed and made,the staff were very rude and had stated that they do not have Postmates as one of the delivery services. I am not sure what was going on. I have the receipt that states the address that the Postmates used and where my order was placed for the Taco Bell on Kirkwood. This really sucked because it was not the delivery driver's fault cause he stated he only had 1 order and that 1 order was mine. I really hope to hear from a manager since when we went into the Taco Bell,they did not want to get us a manager since it was busy. I have always used Postmates with no issue and have ordered from this Taco Bell in the past through Postmates delivery service. I am not sure what happened but I did not like the fact that we got treated the way we did and all we wanted was the mistake to be corrected since it was a mistake on their end.
Great customer service.. honestly, a girl stopped by my table to ensure my order was to my liking. I was greeted by everyone. It was so nice, definitely will stop by again!
Not to great of service. Very rude customer service. People seems like they don't like to work there. You almost heva to apologize for going to order food there. Not to mention ask for condiments they might roll their eyes to you
Great staff.. But Has anyone else noticed the Tomatoes are not really good anymore? They slice and dice without chopping off where stem is. I just started to order without tomatoes.
Seriously need to fill the nacho cheese cup to match the portion of chips. When you receive a cup half filled it only gets you through 3/4 of the bag of chips if that! Most times also out of mango fiesta at this location.
I usually go to the drive thru late night after work. I'd like to thank the staff for always being super nice during ordering and friendly and friendly at pickup. Food is hot and chips are fresh!
It's hit or miss. Last two visits have been a miss. No sauce, and missing Tacos. There's no way I'm driving back to get my 2 Tacos but it's annoying. I think not putting sauce in when I specifically asked if there was sauce is even worse. I have had friendly employees but it's just not consistent.
People go to Taco Bell for particular reason. Food is reasonable the price is reasonable and satisfying. The lady that took my order seemed a little short Kurt I guess would be the way you'd say it. Outside of that wonderful Taco Bell experience four out of five because there's always room for improvement.
I stop by here occasionally when I get off work at least once a week and pick up some cinnamon twist and a drink sometimes a soft taco. My reason for this review is I have just got to tell you how great the staff is!! I come in there 10:30 at night they are happy and cheerful and always tell me to drive safely have a great night and this is all with a smile on their face. I am so ready to get a job there just to work with happy people they seem like they enjoy each other's company and they're just happy to be there to feed us. Keep up the good work guys you're a great crew!!
Great hard shell tacos. Also, try the steak softtaco with Diablo sauce. I highly recommend to try the mountain dew freezes.Taco Bell's drive through service is quick. The employee are friendly and efficient
