I would give zero stars if I could! Worst Subway I have ever been to! Rude is an understatement!Was getting a foot long sub with literally lettuce and tomato that's it nothing else! When asked for more lettuce got a dirty look then the girl out 5 tomato's across I asked for more she out a whopping 2 more slices. I again asked for another row that that's all my daughter gets is lettuce and tomatoes. Well I'm guessing it was the rude A** manager that came out of the back starting telling at me that she will charge me for extra tomatoes!?!? So stopped putting them on I told her to please add them. She packaged up the sandwich and the rude A** came out again screaming how many tomatoes did she put on!! Like really??? Subway advertising is all the veggies you want week clearly not at this place! After asking him repeatedly for his name if he was really going to charge me for FREE veggies that I was going to call Subway because I couldn't believe his attitude over tomatoes! After telling they had policy's in place for only 6 tomatoes and me asking again why is it advertised all the veggies you want when again clearly at this place it isn't that way! I pushed the sub back and told him to keep it!Unreal! False advertisement!!! Wouldn't recommend this place if they were the last place in earth!
Ordered delivery. Told driver to leave my order in the chair. Driver sat my order on the ground! I ordeted a cheesesteak WITHOUT onions. They have me a ton of raw onions. Never again.
The young man that made my sub was very incompetent I had a coupon 2 for $13.98 he said Ty was torn I said you can read the bar code he refused I said you can wait on the other customers and I will see i I can get another coupon he said no because he would have to change gloves the reason I was so persistent is because he took the lady that was behind me first she told him I was there first I said that is ok she can go ahead of me , and he asked her do you have a coupon?she sad no he said that’s ok I will let you have it for the coupon price, So that is why I am feeling some kind of way , and yes I believe it was racially motivated. I love Subway and I live in New Castle at 76 years old I drive just so I can get my favorite sandwich, I was totally insulted even the man that gave me the coupon said WOW unbelievable. Just wanted to let be known how I was treated as a elderly black lady,
Tried to call to prank call but they didn’t even answer. Very rude service will never try to prank call again. Just trying to have fun never call this place they do not answer.
Do not go here…I have been there several times where a lady made my sub and was good now it the most stingy subway… the have this guy(owner) may be making the sub, he literally had two olives and three spinach leaves on my foot long with one line of dressing ???
