The BOGO order showed Prepared and Ready to pickup in app. The manager said he did not get the order at all and left for bio break, bullshiting the customer. When he came back customer (I) had already printed the receipt from the terminal, and the manager was in disgust, somehow after arguments he agreed to get it ready. Aaand, The lady did not ask for any sauce to be added, any questions, no conversation with customer at all, not even how are you doing? or sorry we are seeing your order now, apologies or anything. Nothing. Handed over to me two Veg Delight, those had no veggies on both ends of footlong. (Customer) I did not feel its worth to argue with the manager, after comign back home, added Honey Mustard and kosher dill and ate it. Seeing 3 stars here, in fact the mangaer or store owner has not learned a lesson yet, Its solid 1 star from me. Sorry to say but customer has to be treated well, but these are bunch of ******* ********, I left my hope and did not argue at all and came back. If I really wanted I could have shouted, it was that terrible customer treatment. No BS with customer pls. Thanks.
Sodas taste like water , staff are not very organized, sandwich was not hot at all, not very happy about spending my money here, Not coming back

The sub wasn't hot and the vegetables were stale. And the cashier was rude.
I ordered 2 foot veggie long they make it at the end they said no ranch we r runout of it , and veggies lettuce is so dull all are red it became decay and before me lady with kid they order foot long but guy make delay to make order and he run out of olives oil he fill up till up so much time wasted so she said I don’t want some one leave my order on side it became cold I don’t want to buy it so she leave order there not buy they leave it order my girl who bring my order ready she mix up my veggie delight with other on side order which is meat order so they throw my order of veggie delight and they mix one veg veggie delight with meat order and they charge money for both order which is blunder mistake. Staff are new they need proper training . Please business owner guide staff how to process order and how to maintain customer otherwise not soon u will be bankrupt. I drive from middletown de just visit Wilmington. Area for appliances I can’t go back and show what did u do wrong. It’s my fault there I need to recheck order we bring back home what a surprise our dinner is mashup.

Arrived at 1030...asked for their b1g2 free. They only had wheat rolls and said it would be at least 30m b4 other breads would be ready. Obviously poor management.
Overall the subs were average. There was missing items in the subs and definitely not worth the money I spent. Disappointed.employees are so rude. Bad service
