Staff is friendly and courteous! But whoever is doing the ordering may need some help. This location is out of something every time I've been there. Usually it's no oat milk, whipped cream and desserts. Like how do you run out of whipped cream? It's cream and sugar in a whipped cream dispenser. There is also an Aldi right there. I just don't get it.
I have been here a few times in the last week and they are very friendly and efficient. Coffee is consistently good.
I love visiting this Starbucks! Every time I am there I see Mark and he is always so kind and friendly and just is there to put a smile on everyone's face. If your having a bad day stop in to see him.
This has to be the worst Starbuck's in existence. Didn't even have any hot coffee brewed today, and were also out of iced coffee. Takes probably 10 minutes to get a regular cup of coffee here. This store is seriously an embarrassment to the Starbucks name. Management desperately needs to be overhauled here.
Every time I order on the app it is a 30-40 min wait. When I ask the baristas after 15 mins of waiting they take my sticker off the machine to start making the drink, not sure what the point of ordering a head of time is if they just stick it somewhere else and not actually make the drink first come first serve.

if you get mark at the drive thru just know your day is gonna be better instantly! he was so nice and had the funniest jokes :) drinks are also always made perfectly here! a good bunch of lovely people ?
This starbucks is trash. They don’t care enough to keep the app updated with what is actually available in the store. So they’ll let you order pickup but when you get there the door will be locked and they'll tell you drive through only. Theb you come around the drive through and they tell you they are out of what you order in the first place. If there are more than 3/4 cars in the drive through good luck. I used to come here everyday but theyre so inconsistent and i can not wait in the drive through for 30 minutes. I had to come back in a separate time for a refund and was told I was “lucky” the manager was still there as she was leaving…. As if this wasnt the time and date that they told me to come in on the phone for the refund… BUT LUCKILY, THANKS to this location, i have stopped going to starbucks and no longer go before work each day. I now make my own chai tea and iced passion tango teas at home with the same exact ingredients they use at half the price.
Starbucks is TRASH. I’m only going there because I’ve gotten Starbucks gift cards through secret Santa. You pay an arm and a leg anyway and the workers don’t even make it correctly. This was a VENTI and it was half full. The sad thing is you weren’t even busy and I went in the store to grab and go ordering from the app and there were 4 people working. ???? The one in Greenville and this one—you’re workers don’t make the drinks correctly!
Clean facility, very busy, inside is small compared to concord pike. A guy name Marc works there, really nice and gives a lot of suggestions!
