Having two employees laughing like hyenas and distracting each other, causing the drinks to take 5x longer to prepare than they should in a nearly empty cafe is really annoying.

The young lady who was on staff at the cash register at 8:40pm on Tuesday, 07/5 displayed an extreme level of patience while waiting for a inconsiderate customer. I applaud you ? on maintaining a cool and collective demeanor as the line continued to extend due to a customer who stood at the counter for a very long time ill prepared.

Last time I was here the workers were very friendly & they got my order out quickly. Will come here regularly.

Had to remake my drink twice and still had it wrong. It was suppose to be cold. Server tried to fix and handed to cashier to do who then threw out the syrup in the cold cold and made the drink hot AGAIN, when we mentioned this she made it cold and without the syrup we paid extra for. This was after server/ cashier messed up computer order twice. My daughters drink was wrong also so there goes $13 and a wasted 30 minutes

I used online ordering thinking it would be faster since I was running late.I was going to cancel my order because it isn’t ready, but the barista/manager quickly took care of me and got me to my appointment on time. Excellent customer service.

Consistently understaffed. Currently in the middle of waiting 40 mins for a drink.Edit: Getting a coffee is supposed to be a quick stop. Just waited over 30 minutes again for a drink. Employees standing around behind the counter talking as if there' nothing to make.

This store is regularly serving much later than the estimated pick up time. Morning Staff here work at a much slower pace than other stores that I’ve been in

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There are multiple occasions where they are on their phones or in the back gossiping (you can hear them clearly) leaving 1 employee out front and a long line waiting. The only employee who goes above and beyond is a young woman with dyed hair (name may be Chelsea?). I refuse to go here any longer and will make the drive further to the Concord Pike location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over FORTY minutes for my drink. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I was almost late to work one morning because I had to wait over 30 minutes. I always do mobile order and I order way ahead of time to avoid having to wait in the store. I understand if they are busy, they might get behind on orders, but 30-40 minutes on more than one occasion?! That’s ridiculous. They need to either train their baristas better or hire more competent baristas.

Staff was nice and the chestnut praline coffee was very good. They made big mistake getting rid of the egg nog and gingerbread coffees. We will not frequent as much .
