This is a really good and consistent Starbucks. I go to this location each morning before work. The drinks are always made great, however you should place your mobile order early because they get slammed in the morning rush with tons of mobile orders. The location is always clean and has a very nice aesthetic. The only con is I believe this one is independent to the other franchise locations because they cannot accept star rewards to pay for food/drinks or merchandise in store. You can use your stats for mobile preorders though.
The Staff here is always pleasant, and very polite. Store is always clean I highly recommend this Starbucks
So… Samantha knows how to sell a product! Her experience, customer service, and expert knowledge of the Starbucks brand is on the level that a manager would know. If she is not a manager already, now is the time to consider. Congrats in advance Samantha ??????
I'm giving two stars because my coffee was good which is all that matters but the customer service was horrible I stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence not that I matter but I should at least get a hello or welcome to Starbucks but no then I tried to make small talk with one of the workers but he just rolled his eyes it's ok I'll never go back to this one
Great location but need help on customer service skills! A hi and thank you would be nice ! Hired some new employees that are nice hope they stay like that!
Friendly staff but often get simple orders wrong. Incorrect sizes, wrong coffee, wrong syrups etc.
Nailed the basic cappuccino recipe, so used to getting a latte with extra foam, there's a difference and they got it.
Cashier was rude - I asked for a vanilla cold brew and he said suggested an iced coffee with a shot very condescendingly. He rolled his eyes at me and then looked at the other barista like I was bothering them. Probably won’t go here again, since the staff are so judgmental for no reason.

Waited for my father to have surgery because I wasn't permitted to stay on-site. Excellent internet, service and easy roadside parking. Enjoyed my coffee too!
