Great location, nice staff but the music was too loud . It remained that way even after alerting the staff. Goodluck trying to read while here ?.

Quick, accurate, and very pleasant staff!!!

Odd Starbucks. Pleasant enough space but closed on weekends and today (Thursday). Runs out of staple products by 9. Crowded with folks looking for orders that were put in long before in person or on app. Seems to have fair number of folks working but oddly inefficient . I guess no real competition so dont need to do better. But not a great rep for the brand

This place does not open on time. Sometimes 15-20 mins late. They don't care. After waiting the coffee they give you is garbage

Coffee never fresh store is always busy my order is always messed up & when I order on uber eats they always missing an item in my order , went today because I asked the manager jessie to wait until the uber driver got there to make my frapp so it wouldn’t melt & it still ended up melting because she didn’t follow directions so I went to the store because I called & jessie said it would be free for a remake got my remake & my order was still messed up not once did she offer the $4 complimentary card & say sorry any other Starbucks I go to would but ill never order from here again new management & staff or even some more training would do ,

It was disorganized and so crowded and loud that I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I find it hard to believe they had no lemons available for an unsweetened iced tea on a 90 day. I was offered lemonade, which I would've ordered if I wanted a sugary drink, hence ordering unsweetened iced tea. Better options should be available for diabetics and people trying to avoid sugar and carbs. Otherwise the outside seating is in a nice, shaded area.

Not sure what it is about this location but service is so slow. Always plenty of people working. It doesn't do much to order ahead on the app. It's still a wait. Place is marginally busy at best when it's busy. Definitely needs help from Starbucks corporate.

There is a very rude and strange looking woman here named Jessi who spoke to me like I was a two year old. I ordered an iced white mocha latte. It looked and tasted disgusting. I truly tried to give the beverage she made me a chance but after a few sips, I donated it to the nearest dumpster. I even felt pity for the dumpster. I feel bad for her. She has a very cold heart and needs to be trained in customer service. Oh and I get that you’re scared of Covid, Jessi but stop being so horrible to anyone that walks in without a mask. Bring the old staff back from two years ago and get rid of this horrid lady.

This location used to be great but is an absolute embarrassment now. The manager Jessi is extremely rude and just ugly at heart. I ordered a black coffee with room and it was a little too full for my creamer. So, after dropping a napkin in the trash, I poured less than a teaspoon of coffee in the trash. Jessi saw me do this and had a complete meltdown. I have owned a business for over fifteen years, and you NEVER talk to customers in that manner. This is the worst Starbucks hands down. Jessi needs some serious customer service training. And also prayers.

Went for a coffee and was told they had a shortage in sugar so I had to buy sugar from a store close by and never offered a discount. FYI The grocery store is loaded with suger.
