Great location and spacious, which is why I go out of my way to come here and I have been coming here for the last 2 years. I have noticed over the last few months that the drinks are not up to par as they should be. Highly disappointed. Iced macchiato doesn’t even taste like one anymore.
My best friend and I had a really nice time at this Starbucks. The server was very friendly and efficient. Our drinks were made as requested which was great.The best part of this location was the ambiance. It was very comfortable and it probably helped that I was there with my best friend who I don't get to see as much because of our busy lives!The overall experience was great!
Used the bathroom while I was picking up my order, it was disgusting and there wasn't any toilet paper.
Since when can you not ask to make HOT TEA a lil colder? Sorry I do not want to burn my mouth, I was refused when I asked if they can make my hot tea with half cold water. Never was denied this til now, I always no here every morning. Going to a new Starbucks. Unpleasant worker and major Attitude
Really like Cold brew Nitro. Service is slow.
How can you go wrong at Starbucks... I don't want to post too much here, because I feel like I discovered a less crowded one with a drive thru... Will be my preferred location!!!
I use to like going to this Starbucks but there hours are inconsistent. Over the weekend they where drive through only. First they would close at 8 then 7, then 5:30 now 1PM. I find this problem at the Starbucks in North Delaware. I have to drive further up 202, on the Pennsylvania side in order to find a normal running Starbucks. No wonder there stocks are falling.
Starbucks service is good and the product is good. Lately the store hours in Wilmington DE are sporadic. No continuity. I understand it's hard to find enough workers but at least keep the hours consistent. Closing at 130p on a weekday does not work for people who are just getting used to closing at 5pm. Need to start going elsewhere. Their stock fell 11% since July too. Maybe something else is wrong.
The drive thru teller was super friendly and professional and my order came out perfectly. No complaints.
The drive-thru is always backed tf up onto 202 creating a traffic hazard. fix it!
