This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with this Starbucks. Really nice staff but I had ordered just a green tea everyone who was behind me had already received there drinks and left. I stood there for 20 min now there is no one in line and no one waiting for there drink and mine still was in the process of being made. I don’t typically get frustrated with long wait times as I work in the food industry and understand things get backed up. I just left out of frustration.
I love the staff here. David was especially kind.
I know everyone is understaffed but there were 6-8 employees working last Wednesday and definitely messed up two of my chai lattes. It just tasted like milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon. I paid over $4 each for these. It was disappointing. ??
An extremely busy location, stressed by staffing issues. They continue to have a friendly team that does their best under circumstances they cannot control, primarily product and staffing shortages.
From counter to cup an awesome experience. Very courteous, lively barista. Clean facility, plenty of parking, fast service.

I had a bad experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a drink with no ice and they only filled it half way. I was appalled. Sincerely disappointed with my first experience at Starbucks.

I hate to see that this Starbucks has such a low ratings Yelp. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I grew up in Greenville and I think that this place has well-integrated itself into the surrounding area.Yes, there are better local places nearby (like Brew HaHa for example) but I must give this Starbucks credit for creating a great space right on the Kennett Pike. They have a wonderful seating area and the exterior in beautiful.The DO NOT have a drive-through, which I kind of enjoy. This can mean that wait times can be longer but at least you have a nice space to wait.If you're craving Starbucks in Delaware, come to this Starbucks. There is ample parking and a beautiful space to wait for your brew!
I am glad they have the green tea back.
