Awesome little shop. Coffee and baked goods are great. I got a sandwich for the first time, and it was a little bland, but probably healthier for it. Always had great quick service even when they get crowded. Highly recommendUpdate: came back and had a pork roll egg and cheese on a rosemary bagel. 10 stars. Would devour again.

Their baked goods are yummy and I appreciate their choice of coffee brew/local bean. When I order their lattes I've found that the flavors aren't as pronounced as I like. I often will opt for an iced latte as the flavors seem to come across better. They are a little pricier than most local cafes and coffee shops and they run out of baked goods rather early (which is frustrating to patrons such as myself).
My 1st visit at Sleeping Bird Coffee. I enjoyed an amazing Lavender & honey coffee with a delicious very fresh bagel and handmade cream cheese today. I resided in NY for many years. My neighbors beneath me was a handmade on site bagel and cream cheese establishment. Which I loved visiting daily. Have not found anything close to it until today at Sleeping Bird Coffee in Wilmington Delaware.Thank you guys for the amazing mid day brunch experience.

Fantastic food! Fantastic customer service! I loved the egg and cheese sandwich on a rosemary bagel. The staff treated us like family. Very nice and friendly staff members. Highly recommended!
Quaint little eatery. My wife and I went here for breakfast and noticed a very simplistic menu. We each had the avacado toast and shared a brown butter cream cheese iced cinnamon bun. Both were very good and fresh! My wife said the coffee was okay, and my hot tea was typical. It is a nice spot to try if you have not been. We will be back for breakfast once the menu expands.
Their coffee is good and so is their service. The first picture is an Egg and Cheese Bagel. The second one is Egg and Cheese (sourdough bread instead of bagel) and sausage.
Had the opportunity to be part of the first Tea Time at this location on February 6, 2022 and it was amazing. The set up along with the offerings were very quaint and tasty. Highly recommend checking out this spot for coffee spiced from Rival Bros and teas and of course their delicious pastry’s and sandwiches.
If you’re looking for a chic and delicious coffee shop in Wilmington look no further!! In search of the perfect breakfast sandwich and latte I found this place, and will now be here regularly. Fresh and delicious food, the pastries were heaven. Gorgeous cafe!
