Management is the issue. Three issues. They don't honor their military discount consistently. I have the receipt to prove that they applied the military discount to the desserts on our bill at the end of April (attached). A month later, they tried to not honor the military discount on the desserts. I had to request multiple times that they honor it to get them to do the right thing in the end with too much effort needed on my part. Bill charges don't match the menu. I noticed that their billing system didn't match their new menu on my end of April visit. I in fact confirmed that I was provided the new menu for the record to be sure that I wasn't looking at an old version of the menu. The server, Nina, was great to help me get it resolved at least. I was able to get management to modify the prices of the desserts on our bill for this April visit. The bigger issue though is that they had a full month until our next visit to have their billing system match the new menu prices. You can't make this stuff up! They in fact didn't make the necessary changes in their billing system confirmed via interaction with their staff. Our server confirmed that the billing system wasn't modified to match the menu at least with regards to the desserts that we ordered. Both servers further confirmed that manual changes needed to be made to get our bill to reflect the right charges for our desserts. A very disrespectful assumption was made by management when she stated the following to me ... something like I can't believe people come out to restaurants without the ability to pay their bill. That was in fact the gist of her statement to me as I'm paraphrasing but know what she meant. That was not the case for my scenario and a very disrespectful thing to say to any customer. I happen to have an 830 credit score per one of the credit bureaus for good reason. I'm only indicating this not to brag but to defend my reputation for such an inappropriate statement made to me. I consistently pay my obligations and on time. They made that statement to the wrong customer as they've earned this detailed negative review. I simply told them that I would only pay the amount of the bill that we in fact legitimately owed. She didn't like that in this case. My opinion is that she automatically assumed that my request for them to honor the military discount that they state that they offer and should honor as promised was taken as if I didn't have the money to pay my bill. I also legitimately contested their up charge for the french fries that I was offered as a choice with my Italian sub lunch special item. Their lunch special menu sheet indicates at the bottom, "Extra Charges for Additions". While in fairness to the restaurant, menu item #8 for the sub lunch special indicates with chips and doesn't indicate with chips or fries, they need to do better by making it more clear as I didn't have an addition to my order since I wasn't delivered the chips with this particular meal. I was provided the fries instead of the chips. If they want to charge more for certain substitutions (if they even want to offer substitutions), they then need to make it clear on the lunch special menu what that up charge is in those cases. That's their choice whether to offer substitutions. If they're not going to allow for substitutions, they need to indicate that in writing on their lunch special menu as well. In the end, they did credit my bill for my May visit with a dollar amount acceptable which seemed to include the up charge being waived for my lunch special. The main issue is that it took far too much effort to get them to do the right thing. They have lost my business forever. I did in fact offer to pay the up charge for the sub lunch special item shortly before being provided my updated bill. I did this to give them the benefit of the doubt being a fair minded guy due to their #8 sub menu item only listing chips and not chips or fries on that line item. I didn't have to do t

They messed up my first cheesesteak. Instead of making my order correctly the second time. They replaced it with a second one that had so much black pepper on it I couldn’t eat it. It’s disgusting and foul that a business that serves food would allow their employees to sabotage someone’s food. I’m wondering what other petty disgusting things they do to peoples food. I don’t trust this place just for that I would advise people not to eat here.

This is the saddest $11 chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever seen. One chopped up chicken breast. I called to figure out what happened to the rest of my cheesesteak and the manager told me that’s how it is and too bad. Absolute trash, sub, burger and pizza all fell right in line with this. Wild to think with so many places around here they would take such an awful stance on customer service. Luckily I have plenty of other options to order my dinner for my family in the future.

Excellent meal. Service was exceptional. Great value. What more does anyone need?

I love their food, but unfortunately yesterday I ordered a spinach quesadilla with sour cream. It came as a wheat wrap, which I didn’t want, and no sour cream. But unfortunately, there was a long hair in my quesadilla. I don’t know if I’ll be getting a quesadilla anytime soon

Today I was disappointed. The tiny girl that’s have respect to talk and tell people where to see. The manager never show up to talk. I don’t see professional people. I’m so sad for the other two grils the work so professional but the manger and this girls they need to. Learn matters miss Jazmin. You actitud we custumer is discussing. Is no customer fault. If you feel tired. Very sorry we no new customer we never be trained like that my husband is very educated more w womans I don’t take you ugly actitud. We left. Drove to this seasons at 8:00 p.m on Tuesday November 23rd, website says their open until 930. However a girl met me at the door and told me I could not come in because their only doing online orders. Meanwhile a few groups of customers are just walking out, I guess the hours of when their open on their website are wrong?

DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME IF I NEEDED CHANGE. SUCH A SHAME! PAPPY'S PIZZA TOOK PRIDE IN MAKING GREAT EXCELLENT TASTING QUALITY FOODS FOR ITS CUSTOMER'S. REPLACED BY SEASON'S PIZZA IN MIDWAY PLAZA. I ORDERED A GLUTEN FREE PIZZA WITH CHICKEN & BANANA PEPPERS, THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PUT HOTSAUCE ON MY PIZZA INSTEAD OF PIZZA SAUCE, SO IF THE GLUTEN-FREE DOUGH DIDN'T GET COOKED ALL THE WAY, DID THE CHICKEN EVEN GET COOKED ALL THE WAY? THEN YOU MAY SEE THEY SLICED RIGHT THROUGH THE PIZZA IN THROUGH THE ALUMINUM PAN THEY COOKED IT ON. I REALLY LOVE CRUST WITH MY PIZZA & AS YOU MAY SEE THIS CRUST IS BURNT TO THE PAN. I UNDERSTAND GLUTEN ALLERGIES & CROSS CONTAMINATION IS A HUGE ORDEAL IN SOCIETY. THESE BUSINESSES MAKE SO MUCH $$$ HOW ABOUT PUTTING BACK INTO THE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER PIZZA OVEN FOR CELIAC DISEASED CUSTOMER'S? IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO SOMETHING THE PROPER WAY THOROUGHLY & CORRECTLY! NOT SURE WHAT I ATE, HOPE NOT ALUMINUM FOIL, I'VE GOT A SEVERE HEADACHE THAT JUST SPIKED FROM OUT OF NOWHERE. I hate to say this I've always loved seasons but it is Not what it used to be. They must have changed their food. The tenders were terrible and sadly so was the pizza. We also got 3 orders of boneless wing, they were okay just not worth the money any more
