I am very disappointed I ordered 2gyros and this is what I received after waiting over an hour for delivery this is totally u acceptable! I always order from this place and tonight I am completely upset. I called and was told unfortunately we are now closed. What a great way to treat a customer!
Cinnabon are chewy, non edible, seems they are reheating in microwave which makes dough tough.Chicken Parmigiano is gloppy sauce and chicken Alfredo sauce is also so thick you can't get it out of pan, chicken also tough. Will not order from them again.
Disappointed with the lack of communication. I order two rib platters, waited the allotted 30 minutes and when I went to pick up my food, I was told they were out. Thanks for the heads up! Overall I would avoid this place.
Chicken wings are not edible, the skin was so rubbery I couldn't chew it, threw the whole order in the garbage

Been ordering from here since they opened service the last 3 times terrible give my order been the same every time the last year and can’t get it right or it changes the way it’s done and am given a different excuse each time won’t be back
ordered a white pizza. pizza was cold...felt like I was going to break a tooth eating the pizza. crust was very hard....cheese was hard. worst experience from seasons ever. let's hope the replacement pizza gets here hot. I never had these issues at the Newark or Newport or even the Elkton locations.
Pizza was excellent. 3.99 for a 2 topping medium is a good deal, only on the last Weds of the month.Update 2021: ooh boy has this place changed for the worse. Why would you have a young girl with long, braided hair down to her legs operating an oven? Talk about a safety hazard, fire hazard and also a health hazard. No hair net, and hair wasn't tied back... but it's OK because she had her extra thick and chic sheep mask on which made it really difficult to even understand the orders she was yelling out. I will not eat here again until your safety and health issues are updated... but that's OK though, keep wearing that mask since it makes you feel all nice inside, right.

Not, bad at all... Only thing for me they don't have enough sausage on their Pizza.. but the pizza ? ? is pretty good ?
