It is one of the worst restaurants in this area. Nobody was in the store except me. My order had only two items. The guy was taking more than 10 minutes to make the food .The order was also placed 10 minutes ago. It seemed he hated being at work and didn’t want to move his body. All the garbage employees work here. I also had similar experiences here before. Instead of wasting time, go home lazya**. All the garbage in this store needs to be slapped by dirty shoes.
Great salads the man that waited on us really deserves recognition because the other 2 employees we saw were letting him do all the work. He was awesome ? ? ?
They have the laziest employees. I kept telling the employee the food wasn’t there, but the lazy employee, instead of looking in there, kept telling me the food was there. In addition, she kept gossiping with other employees. After wasting more than 5 minutes, she told me someone else picked up the order. Now she can not remake it.
great customer service, very nice staff, they talk to you while they're making your salad, offer extra chicken for your salad instead of croutons. great salads!

There is absolutely no organization in this Saladworks. They will have three people working on the same salad, and not even know it. I had to repeat my order several times while people who came in after me, are getting their salad ahead of me. Effing Ridiculous.
No soup spoons, napkins,salt, pepper, paper towels in bathroom. Bisque was bottom of pot. Clumped and dry. Unbelievable? Believe it.
