I never leave bad reviews but I have never had worse service. Waited 20 min to place our order, salad bar was not refilled, I had to hunt down a waitress that wasn’t even ours to get us silverware and napkins. She ended up taking care of us and apologizing for the lack of service we were getting. I get it we are all short staffed these days but there weren’t many patrons dining in and the staff that were there were hiding in the back or sitting in the booths. I saw two waitresses running the whole show while the others could’ve cared less. Do better Ruby Tuesday! Not sure how this place is even still open!
So many of the staff are courteous, responsive, and eager to please. That's one reason I keep coming back. Update - a week later - another satisfying experience. Staff was wonderful - told me about specials immediately. Food was hot and delicious.
I don't know where to begin. Customer service is out the window at this location!! Staff was more worried about socializing with each other than paying attention to customers. It was only 4 tables with customers and you would have thought the place was standing room only the way service was provided (NONE EXISTING). The restaurant needs to be cleaned thoroughly, have a more experienced manager, and retrain the wait & service staff. Food was good but other than that... ?
Their Blue Margarita is Fabulous! Food is always on point & I have always been treated w/ dignity & respect. No complaints & that’s a lot coming from me.
We’ve been coming to this particular Ruby Tuesday’s for years and have enjoyed the service and employees that have been there for years. But ever since new management came in it seems like this person is deliberately and intentionally getting rid of or trying to make every employee that was previously there quit, and in the process replacing them with well let’s just say their own “personal” choices. We were long-term customers but we will no longer be dining there anymore.
The first 5 minutes there the hostess got yelled at twice for seating people ahead of people already waiting. The manager seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional, scolding the hostess in front of the patrons. The waiters all seemed like it was their first day on the job. Items on the salad bar were frozen. Our entrees tasted pretty good, the nachos were soggy. Bottom line we spent $62.00 before tip on a lunch that should have been no more than $35.00 at the most. The whole experience was very disappointing. Never going there again!

Could not believe how the quality and preparation of the food has deteriorated in the last 6 months. Chicken finger are frozen commercially made. They ran out of control baked potatoes at 5:30 on. The salad bar was low and no one was replenishing the item. Sadly this was the best RT in the area. I won't go back.
Our waitress, Jackie, was excellent. Not only did she handle the bar and take out, she was also very attentive to our booth, making sure that we had everything we needed. Both our meals were prepared just right. It was well worth the trip.
Walked in and asked for a table. Hostess sat us. Sat for over 10 minutes without anyone even speaking to us. Finally a waiter came over to the table behind us and asked if they would like their check. Then he walked back towards the kitchen, never saying a word to us. So me and my family of 4 stood up and left. What a shame. Their prices have Def raised and they don't have a lunch menu, it's the same as dinner. Looked like very little staff in the place and it was already late for lunch. We just didn't have 2 hours to sit and wait for a late lunch.
