I gave you a two because my children didn't get sick from your employee's nasty habits for example putting the inside of the lid on their shirt and then putting it in my drink and touching unwrapped straws with ungloved hands and sticking the straw in my drink it's a shame how fast people couldn't wait to get back to being nasty have a great season maybe not
Normally I love this Rita's but today was horrible. My daughter had a bad day at school, so I came here to get a sweet treat. The young gentleman was very nice, my problem was with how poorly made our order was. The milkshake was practically melted and watery, the 'concrete' treat was partially melted and barely filled to the top and the size is definitely NOT worth $6. Hopefully our next visit will be better.

If you haven’t been to Rita’s your life is not complete. Their Italian Ice is made fresh daily at each location. They have a rotating selection of over 95 flavors and many concoctions to choose from.I had never heard of Rita’s until I moved to Delaware. Oh my God! Their mango ice is to die for.Sadly Rita’s is a seasonal store so we only get to experience it for six months out of the year. But if you live down south you can find year round.Of course, New York Italian ice still rules.
Pre-ordered a tub of water ice. Had everything ready which included cups, spoons and napkins. Only drawback was I couldn't leave a tip using a card. Was a big hit at party.
