They close at 10:00 PM but if you want to dine-in you better come by 9:00 PM. Because they don’t like any guests in the store after 9:30 PM. We entered the store at 9:20, ordered in 5 mins, sat on table and started eating around 9:30. They were looking at us like we did not belong there. They started switching the lights off at 9:40 and we had to literally eat in dark. They indirectly threw us out by 9:50 PM. This is unacceptable and very disrespectful. This is no way of treating your customers. Also, they did not serve us the items we originally wanted because they had already started cleaning.
I usually don’t post bad reviews, but this I just couldn’t get past. I always get food from this location which I never have complaints and today my food was less than appetizing. Everything was dried out, I ordered a bowl with steak that was so over cooked you couldn’t even tell that it was steak, pork and chicken which was also dried out. The chips were the only thing that I enjoyed. I hope this was just a hiccup and doesn’t continue to happen because if so you will continue to lose customers.
This place is going downhill. Came in on a Thursday night to the doors being locked at 6 PM. A customer was actually walking out at the time I was trying to come in and held the door open for me. Come to find out. The workers locked the doors because they were running behind on mobile orders. This is beside the point. Their employee who was handling food (I guess was new) since he was confused on even how to make nachos and a quesadilla, was unprofessional and disgusting. I guess he thought it was a good idea to put on gloves before serving my food and others people food to stick his finger with the gloves on inside his ear and starting itching his ear. Yuck. Please better train your employees on how to safely handle food and how to have better customer service.

Went to get tacos and they were cold and super salty. Should not have eaten there when the guy asked for a quesadilla and instead was making a tostada. Wow. He must have been new but I will not go there again . I was there before and they always seem to screw up our food. They lost our business.
AWESOME!!!!!! Best on CONCORD PIKE!! Compared to competition down the road! Great food and EXCELLENT SERVICE! They really make someone want to come back each time! This is my second time w/ exceptional customer service!!!! Shoutout to the night crew!!!!! Really makes the people want to come back! Very friendly and they really take the people above and beyond idk Chick-fil-A and Chipotle.
Haven't had one bad experience yet. Love QDOBA!
