Great food, friendly service, and reasonably priced!
I have been a client of this restaurant for years, the attention was always very good with the previous owner but now there is a new owner, we went as usual and had to wait a long time for them to take our order, the male waiter was not busy, instead the girl if he was attending another table, he looked at us and preferred to sit down and he waited for her to attend us, he did not even give us cutlery or water since he was not busy, later other people arrived and he stood up and very cordially attended to those customers give "privileged treatment" !!!! maybe they are not prepared to receive Hispanic people!!!! Mr. owner, if you do not provide equal attention to all your customers, then you will lose consumers, since people with multiple ethnicities enter your restaurant.
This is my favorite Pho spot. Since Pho explosion has hit our region, several restaurants have surfaced in our area. This one is the best. My favorite is a large 27 with a roast pork Bahn Mi. They are closed on Tuesday and really stop serving at 8:45 pm. That’s dine in and take out. That’s why they didn’t get 5 stars. If the place says it closes at 9… I expect 9. But i still go. You can drink the broth!
solid restaurant, but i went in about an hour before close a few months back and they had a lot of stuff they couldn't make since it was too late, which was a bit annoying. i dont know if they ran out of ingredients or if they closed some of their kitchen or something, but it was still during normal restaurant hours, its not like i walked in as they were trying to close. but anyways the food tastes good and is reasonably priced.
Oh man.....that soup is awesome. And the size of the bowl is unbelievable. One large soup is enough to feed two people but I love to eat good food and I eat that all by myself. Excellent job guys. Thanks
So I had a taste for Vietnamese cuisine. I normally go to Pho Cali in New Castle, DE but, didn’t feel like driving. (N. Wilmington) I ordered Thai Tea with boba and, this is what I was given. I asked the staff if they can fill it to the top he looked at me like I had two heads. I walked away in disbelief..lol I’ll just drive 15 minutes out of the way next time. They should really be ashamed of themselves thinking this is ok.
Outstanding service, quaint and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food. I had the two glaze grilled pork meal. All I can say is delicious :-) the pork chop slice like butter and melted in your mouth. Two ??? thumbs up to the chef.
5 stars for food. 4 stars due to wait staff not being attentive. The pho here was amazing. It is worth it just for the pho here. I like that they had a large option too for only a couple dollars more. The banh mi here was good too. No wait to get a table on a Monday night and there were at least 4 other families dining in. The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean. Worth getting take outs from here as well.
I've come here twice this week and the service is great. Also most importantly the food is delicious. Pho son definitely has my business. Food prices are awesome as well. 5 stars from me.
The food itself is great, but the service my family experienced has been horrendous. The cup of water was lukewarm and there were old food stains I had to clean off myself on one of the smaller plates you receive before your meal. The wonton egg noodle soup (menu item no.40) shows itself as one size for $12.00. We confirmed this with the person who was taking our order. (I believe you can confirm with pictures of the menu available here online as well.)However, when we received our receipt, they charged us $13.50 for the wonton egg noodle soup. We asked why we were overcharged but instead they were incredibly dismissive and even tried to ignore us... Even when we showed the menu item itself with its price right next to it, they said that we were the ones in the wrong because they claim they know their menu and prices. The two workers at the front bickered and stared at us rudely until we paid the overcharged item.
