Stayed away for a while because the food quality dropped after grand opening. Today we gave it a shot and thankfully my husband enjoyed his meal and the super greens were perfect. Unfortunately my chow mein was dry and in my shrimp and walnuts there was literally 1 walnut, lol. The shrimp was good and adding sweet and sour sauce helped.
So initially I went through the drive-through and I ordered some orange chicken. When I looked at my meal it seemed as though I got the bottom of the barrel the chicken that was left over before they bring the new batch out. Y’all know what I’m talking about. So I went inside and requested some fresh orange chicken. And the staff prepared it for me happily. That’s why I love panda express. The customer service is always top-notch. And so is the food when it’s hot and fresh.
Tried to get food at 730pm and was told at the drive through window that they were to short staffed to take my order unless I came inside?? I chose a fast food restaurant, which I really do, because I wanted something quick I could get without getting out of my car!
Slowest service ever. Placed an order at 5:22 and the app says pick up at 5:30. Arrive at 5:40 to give them enough time to make it and don’t end up leaving until after 6:00. 2 weeks earlier placed an order on the app in their parking lot. Go in 5 mins later and still have to wait 40min to get my food.
Was eating here at least once a week, unfortunately the new staff has an attitude problem. Ordered a bigger plate, and only received 2 of the 3 entres. Apparently asking for what you paid for, is seen as some form of disrespect. They then demanded to see my food, (I had already showed the lady at the window), even after complying with the "demands" of the manager, she refused to give me the 3rd entre. As a last resort to resolve the situation, I politely asked for a refund. I was then told, "we don't do refunds, call corporate". I said ok, and asked for the managers name. She then refused to give her name. The food is decent, but if you have an issue, don't expect the staff to treat you with respect, or even give you what you paid for, obviously I could have made it a bigger issue, but 1 entre isn't worth the headache. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF, PEOPLE WITH RESPECT FOR OTHER HUMANS, NOT A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT MUTANTS.
The staff is terribly rudeAfter checking out I wanted to to add 2 tools to the order… that seemed to be a big problem and I was told you need to make up ur mind before checking out. A week ago I came to pick up a bit early and had called before I came in. The person in the ph agreed but the gurl at the store gave me a terrible hard time. Rita not that the store was super crowded either that they were busy. Request to the store manager- either you change ur staff or make them learn to behave better.
It was my first time ordered from this place, and I placed an online order for pickup, and was at the door before their closing time. But they lock the front door as soon as they saw my car. And when I called them to let them know I was there to pick up my online order, they didn't even gave me a chance to say hi and just told me how they have my caller ID, and not to call them again.
This is the second time in two weeks that I have drove 30 minutes to get food here and didn't receive it. Last week I was notified that they were out of most menu items due to lack of supplies. I arrived at 830 tonight and drive through was closed. When I pulled into the restaurant the worker abruptly locked the door at 835 and said we are closed. The level of service here lately has been nothing short of poor. What a major disappointment this has been. Please save your time and find another panda express in the area if possible.
I’m a huge fan of panda so I had to go here (used to be my regular in LA). I read the reviews before going which were discouraging but I didn’t get food poisoning! Got there around 8:30pm on a Friday night. Massive drive-thru line so I went inside. Seemed like DT had priority over inside orders. Lots of dishes were empty but thankfully they had enough for a bigger plate. Staff doesn’t really communicate. Overall it was fine. Took maybe 15 minutes to get my order through.Pros - good food, okay prices (I think)Cons - slow ordering, lots of dishes missing, staff is rushed and although there’s maybe 6-8 of them behind the counter, they’re too busy making the food to really help out.Because I like trashy food, I’d def come back even if that meant waiting like 15 mins for a dish to be prepared.
It feels like no matter which entree I order, it will always be a wait. I can understand that to a certain extent but the wait is 20+ mins every time. My last visit I waited more than 30 min and will not be returning. Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry.
