The bartender was phenomenal. I hadn't been there in 2 years and he immediately recognized me and almost remembered my brand of beer.

A great place to get beer and bar food

I drove by this place for years wondering what it could be like. Ive always had high hopes as it is very close to where I live. my feelings were that if the vibe was right, then it could be super convenient. My wife and daughter were away for the night so I stopped in. I was immediately disconcerted over the amount of older men who reaked of retired police. After a beer I realized that my stereotyping was on point. However, much to my surprise they were completely void of any pretention and remarkably friendly, hence this review. The bartender was attentive, and sociable. The regulars were comfortable, and non judgmental. Everything was clean and the prices were reasonable. Comfy seats and a smoking area out front. Plenty of parking too. This place rules.

A great local establishment to watch a game and have a couple of drinks. The front of the building is a liquor store too.

Been awhile since I visited. However it's under new management and the kitchen is not operational. The old staff isn't there and not many people in the bar. If the kitchen opens I may return.

Check out Sharrise! She runs a great shift. Great atmosphere and lots of laughs ?

Mulrooney's is a friendly place to go and relax. I like the people.

This bar is basically a "non-official private establishment." If you're not a regular or know the staff, then you will most likely be made to feel very uncomfortable by everyone there. It is the most unwelcoming, discriminatory establishment I have ever visited. I've been there numerous times, with people that know the owner, and I still get weird looks when I stop in. Of course, it doesn't help that the owner can't seem to remember his customers...even if they've known him for many years or have had multiple conversations with him. When you walk in, you will most-likely be greeted by regulars who will ask why you're there, who you know, or who you're with. They only accept cash, and the ATM never works...just another round-about way to keep "non-regulars" away, in my opinion. I'd be curious to find out where this all falls on the legal spectrum. It's a shame...this could be a nice, little pub if it wasn't for the unfriendly, xenophobic staff.

Bartender bull Jay gave me and my best friend the wrong shots and I end up getting sick the next day with a crazy hang over, wasn't feeling it.

Great place
