Great food and service byJordan this morning at the Metro Diner. I loved their Avocado breakfast sandwich. The girls had huge Fruity Belgian Waffles. And they sung happy birthday ? to my mom for her birthday. Great way to start a Saturday!
Jordan is great to get as a server! Friendly, pleasant service, order is always right (including any special requests). Helpful to her tables, other guests as well as working well with her teammates.Enjoying a meal on the patio knowing the service and food will be excellent is a great way to relax on a weekend. Get the spicy honey biscuit … definite competition for Chic-Fil-A. And it’s available on Sunday!
We LOVE the Metro Diner on 202! I always get the San Francisco Benedict with a side salad— so yummy and healthy! My boyfriend normally gets the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes but he mixed it up today and got the Western Omelet. The food is delicious and the service is awesome. Shoutout to Jordan, the sweetest and best server ever. She remembers what drink you ordered and refills it for you super fast! We LOVE her <3
Jordan is amazing! We frequent Metro Diner on a regular. She is my husband and I favorite waitress. One of the best ever! She’s polite and always has a smile on her face, even with her mask on. We sold our house that was close by, however we still make our way to metro diner. The food is great as well as the staff. Every time we come to metro we like to be seated in her section. Keep up the good work Jordan!
Stopped in for breakfast this am and was greeted by Jordan who was also my server. She is very friendly, the resturant is clean and welcoming! Coffee is HOT and decent. I ordered the sanfrancisco benedict and it was delicious. Eggs were poached perfectly, had a creamy yolk. The avacado paired nice with the tomato, both bringing freshness to the dish. Overall a great experience!

From all the food items I ordered, the dessert tasted the best, good quality and quantity for the price, not overly sweet, it just melts in your mouth. The other dishes were fine too, but I loved the dessert the most ???
My wife and I decided to stop in for an early dinner on Friday on Concord Pike and we had one of the best dining experiences ever! Hannah our server was very attentive, knoweldgeable and extremely friendly. JR the kitchen manager made us the best chicken tender sandwich and fried chicken we have ever had. He even came to check to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Top notch service and food. Can't wait to go back! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

First time in Metro Diner. Waitress was friendly. Same waitress we had that greeted us in. Sat down for our Dinner for the night. We eat early 4:30pm. Diner was good, Been to many Diners in our lifetime. Married over 40yrs Anyway, The waitress came up to us for drinks. We said water was fine. Then I asked , The coffee you have is Jamaica coffee, She said no we have other coffee, Reg and decaff also. So we proceeded to order our dinner. after dinner We usually get asked if we would like coffee & Desert, NOTHING. The waitress came over and handed us the check. She says Ty. walked away. Mind you there was sweets on the Chalk board right in front of us that had sweets on it. I was the one who asked about the coffee when we got in there. So we looked at each other and said I guess they don't have anything else because waitress never asked if we wanted coffee or desert. So on the way out I stopped the waitress and asked her, Why would you not ask any of us if we wanted desert. She said well its early in the day and that's a morning thing. We normally don't do that. I told her. I was a Waiter way back in the days, Always ALWAYS ask people for DESERT, The bigger the bill the bigger your tip is. Get it. She must have forgot about that. After all of our explaining, There was no Apologize. at all. Sad how these kids now a days don't want to learn from older adults, She has no Idea if we just got done work or getting ready to go to work. Listen people that work in these and any other Restaurant. Always ask your customers if the want desert. ALWAYS. Management needs to sit with them and explain how it works.
