It took an hour to get our food because they put the ticket on the counter and were filling the doordash orders. Also dry so it wasn't worth the wait.
It was crazy busy but we got our food and Ursela helped make sure my drinks were straight. There was a young man walking around making sure we were all ok. Food was good. Thank you!
Worst service I ever experienced at McDonald's. Waited 15 min for my order and the food wasn't even hot. Employees on their cell phones walking around not doing a thing. I was there today mid afternoon. I will never stop at that location again.???
I was eating a crispy chicken and I was about the last of it, I noticed a green yellowed color tomato n I’ve seen it’s rotten they asked ton have it so I took a picture before I did, after the picture they asked me to delete it and I lied and said yes after they used refund to get rid of it. I did just so the mamanager told me that I could not have a refund because it’s been 1/2 way eaten. I find this disgusting and now me and my service animal are sick due to their incompetence. Thank you to the mean fat lady wish ur face was as cute as ur hair.
My order was wrong and the cheese on my burger felt like it just came out the freezer. My frappe I asked for no whip cream what did I get EXTRA whip cream!

The place was So Clean!! Spotless!! Bathroom.✔️Tables/chairs.✔️ The Food was GOOD. We had shakes, burgers, chicken sandwich & fries. ?OUTSTANDING was the Customer Service. OUTSTANDING!! The employees were absolutely Polite, Professional and gave Customers, such V.I.P. Service!! Normally I've only had this type in a renowned Restaurant. Not your every day fast food place!! Thank You McDonald's Employees for a wonderful experience. I will be back - to eat IN!- again!! Today is Sunday the 13th at 5:25 I ordered a crispy chicken buttermilk sandwich add cheese they forgot the Mayo and lettuce… and then we went back in and asked for the Mayo and lettuce and the they forgot the cheese after we went back in for the 2nd time, we were not going in a 3rd time, the cashier man looked high and the people making the food didn’t appear right in the head, I’m going to assume that most of the co workers that work at this location are just mental in the head and from nowom I’m going to save my breathe, I’ll never waste my time at this location again…if you can’t do things correctly, stay home, it doesn’t require much skill to work at a fast food place.
Wow! There were a lot of cars and the drive through line moved so quickly. Both the person who collected my money and the person who delivered my food were friendly and polite. My French fries were right out of the fryer. Their pride and organization were apparent!
Even though there was about 5 cars ahead of me in the morning. They were still able to get the people taken care of in a decent amount of time. Under 10min. When asked how long the wait would be the gentleman's reply politely, and you were even greeted asking for patience. Great customer service experience, friendly staff. And a small reminder of patience, something everyone can use..especially when businesses have short staffing. Thank you for the great experience.
Make sure you check your food to make sure order was handed out correctly. Food is always hot and fresh.
