We got the WORST, most BITTER iced coffee of our lives here. And my husband works late nights on the road and has experience tasting overcooked coffee. We're in our 50s and never tasted anything this bad! Silver lining...we had our 4 teenage kids try it like Jelly Belly beanboozled. Laughed over their reactions for the last half hour of our ride to the beach.
If you're looking for fast food late at night, never come by this McDonald's drive thru. You'll end up waiting for a good 20 minutes to place an order, another 20 to pay for the food you just ordered and another 20 to get the food. It's sounds like an exaggeration but I often come here late night after work and its always the same experience. They are either understaffed or just completely incompetent to work at a fast food restaurant.
The employees are very nice and the food is fresh, they'd really benefit from having someone assigned specifically to the fry station since that's what holds them up the most when it comes to completing meal orders
My food is never fresh I dunno why I keep going there smh. You would think after so many complaints they would get it together but I’m wrong. Then they don’t ever answer the phone to even hear the complaint.
Very very unprofessional long wait time,too many kids that always just standing around cursing and playing. Management can not handle the situation nor can they speak up
I wait 40 minutes in the drive thru and nobody taking orders
This McDonald's do not care about there customers they mixed orders then don't tell the customer.. and after once a few other employees came she try to disrespect me sad a never had a issue ? until now your employee is wrong and we don't like that your not on 4th street and they even started to get better.. sad I rate -1 for your employees customer service... paid for extra sausage $10.00 meal bestfriend $8.00 smh hard workers just trying to get morning breakfast..
Trying to figure out when then started up charging the drink in a medium breakfast meal. Plus I asked 3 times for extra cream and sugar packets and never got them it became irritating smh. However, the staff was friendly.
I stopped here to get coffee and to attend a meeting on zoom. First problem I had is I asked for cream and sugar they told me it came on the side. They gave me my coffee with no sugar or cream...on the side. I had to go back up and ask for it. Then they gave it to me with nothing to stir it up with.. They had no straws at the drink station. So I had to go back up to ask for something to stir the cream and sugar in my coffee. Second problem,, My laptop battery was getting low. I tried to find a plug that actually worked and I asked the manager. She told me none of the plugs worked. Never coming here again , this McDonald's and the customer service is terrible.
At night it's only cash and it seems like only one person working the register, so it takes a little while to order and to actually get your food. All in all food is still fresh
