Great customer service, delicious Mexican pastries and cakes
They make very good cakes they have a variety of flavors it's a little pricey but I think it's worth it.
I have purchase few cakes and I have always gotten great services. I just pick up a cake last night which I order at the last minute they were able to have it ready for me in one day and it was delicious, I want to Thank the management at the Claveles for a great job faitful customer.
If i could id leave a 0 star review these people dont know how to take a order the first time around and ask you a hundred questions just to make the order wrong. a lady infront of me as i was picking up my cake was told she wouldn’t be charged more because they made it wrong…as she left dissatisfied.. as i was waiting in line to be served behind the lady who just left a guy cuts in line and the man at the register just starts ringing him up as i thought it was my turn next the guy at the register then sais you mind if i ring up the next person in line me not trying to be ignorant i said sure… the worst part tho was when he tried charging again for a cake i had already purchased its not my job to so theirs so i pulled up my bank account statement and showed them i had already paid what a joke of a business this is.

The cashier was talking on Bluetooth all the time, and she forgot to give me a bag of milk, I was able to return it because of the bad weather.
Very good bread variety and good customer service. Definitely coming back. Very clean place.
