Tonight, Wednesday, July 6, 2022, was my first time visiting, and I was very pleasantly surprised. We were quickly seated at a booth as we requested by a pleasant hostess. The female server was very kind, patient, well-informed and efficient. Their version of Long Island iced tea was better than most places. The Caesar salad was good, the stuffed mushrooms were nicely presented and full, the stuffed sweet potato was cooked perfectly and the t-bone steak was cooked as ordered, medium, nicely seasoned and very flavorful. The lobster tail was quite small, but seemed adequate for the price, and cut so it was easily removed from the shell served with melted butter. My companion ordered the house salad, the fried onion appetizer, baked potato with sour cream, sirloin cooked medium and fuzzy navel to drink. She was also pleased with the outstanding service and delicious meal. We can't wait to return.
Went to Longhorns on Concord Pike for the second time in one week. Remarkably consistent and food extremely tasty. Considering it was Father’s Day, the service was impeccable. We were seated within seconds and our appetizer was on the table within five minutes.We had Hailey and Antonia this time and both were superb!!!! We usually sit at the bar and are entertained by “T”, very fast, very friendly and great fun after a long week. All in all, high praise for the outstanding food and staff!!!’
When I walked in I was warmly greeted and I requested to sit at the bar. I was told Shantal would take good care of me and that she did! My martini was perfect and the shrimp and lobster chowder was delicious. My wings I requested cooked hard and garlic butter and lemon. I just got regular butter but Chantal fixed it without me asking. I met a regular "Pat" who told me how awesome she was and he was right. She was making drinks, taking calls and covering a section and and still gave everyone individual attention. "Pat" said it was like Cheers I agree. I will be back with the crew. Well done Shantal!
I went on a busy Saturday. There was a 25 minute wait but my dining experience was well worth the wait. Service did not suffer as would be expected on a busy day. Our food was cooked to order, our space was clean, the host and waitress were great. I'm not a customer that needs much attention but they sure gave me more than I anticipated at this location.
We placed an online order which did not measure up to our expectations. We called the restaurant and spoke with the manager(Michael/Micah)at the Concord Pike location. We were pleasantly surprised at how our issue was handled. No hassle at all. Just service way above and beyond our expectations. Oh and did I mention that the food was great ?This store really intends to and does take customer service seriously.
I went here for lunch and I had such an amazing experience! Our server was Meredith and she was very attentive and on point with everything, especially having 5 other tables besides us. My friend and I tried so many of the things that she recommended to us and all of the food we had was absolutely amazing! We will definitely as for Meredith every time we come here! Keep up the good work, Meredith!

Nice evening, dine in experience with a wonderful waiter. Fantastic service. I wish I had the receipt to acknowledge him, but I will be back for sure. The food was great!! That sweet potatoe was out of this world, and I definitely recommend giving it a try. That is a must order item on the menu. Friendly and very well spaced dining during these pandemic times. I was comfortable dining in and waiting in the car until it was time to dine. Such a pleasureable dining experience. I didn't capture pics this time, sorry.
Can't complain about anything we ordered! Had chicken tenders with a loaded baked potato.. garden salad and fried shrimp! Everything tasted fresh and the margaritas were good! Definitely will be back again soon.
Nice place inside. Was busy but our wait was short and staff was very kind and polite. Steaks were adequate for a large scale mid level steakhouse. Sides were good. The price was good. Eating out is getting expensive so Longhorn was a good value. I liked it. You will pay much more at a high end steakhouse. I'm not a steak fanatic so Longhorn was just fine
