Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star. Have slowly gone dwnhill since the new owners took over. Today they had a trainee taking orders over the phone. I ordered penne blush. Got home and it was penne with meatballs. No idea how they mix that up. 3rd time in a row order was wrong. Done trying with this place, just isn't the same.

Wow....tried Vinnies for the first time 11/12/21 for pizza. What isn't good is the customer service I rec'd on the phone. I called to inquire about how much I was charged. I look at my credit card statement online almost daily - I noticed today 11/13 that I was charged $28.50....curiosity got the better of me...I checked the online menu and noticed I should have been charged $26.50. I called to inquire if the online menu was accurate and explained the discrepancy. The gentleman on the phone got defensive immediately...explaining that he had no way to check if what I was saying was true. I said you are right because my husband was not given a receipt but I could screen shot my credit card. His tone became nasty and he mentioned next time get a receipt....ha! there will be no next time. Beware of Little Vinnies overcharging and always ask for a receipt. Enjoy the pizza !
