The OWNER very BAD manner.Yelling customer and no service mind.Handing the wrong item without checking.Dear . Owner if you want to open restaurant you should know how to service !If you want to yelling just close the restaurant and go open yelling stage is better.Hope you can understand English!But the waitress is very good.You should go for the better place dear

The staff was very unprofessional, stood there awkwardly to be seated for a good 2-5 minutes while the staf was either sitting or standing busy on there phones with their apple air pods in their ears.In my opinion the food was sub-par but for the price definitely not justified. Ordered the teriyaki chicken, spicy oyster roll, and Mexican roll. The rolls were still okay but the teriyaki chicken definitely not worth. The chicken bland and hard to cut while the rice was dry. I opted to not finish the chicken teriyaki.Personally been to better asian restaurants than this and most likely will not be going back to this one again.

My family stopped going here after a very bad experience being served—or not. I won’t go into specifics, but it was enough to end eating there and we were regulars. The family is big on sushi. If it wasn’t for that episode, I’d give a 3 star rating. I have found the sushi inconsistent. North Delaware has enough sushi restaurants in our area to choose from.

I went here for the first time with my friend and when we came in one of the waitresses told us to "sit anywhere" so we did. Took about 5 minutes to put in a drink order even though everyone was sitting down, eating, watching Tik toks, just about everything but checking on the only customers they had in the store. Ordered an iced tea which tasted like lemon water. Then Placed a few sushi orders and appetizer. I got the spring rolls which were very crunchy and greasy like expected. I liked them. My sushi was also very good. I did notice the chef was not wearing any gloves at all the entire time we were there so I do hope he was washing his hands a whole lot...The waitress didn't check on us until the end when we're drinkless and needed a refill. Also I'd like to mention when our food was ready the chef rang a bell and it sat there for 5 minutes and all the workers were still on their phone and eating. I think eating on the floor is a bit unprofessional but it wouldn't bug me if they would just do their job. Bill was $65 and there was a lot of sushi ordered so that was to be expected. Going to try sushi xtreme next and pray I'll get better service then.

The food here is amazing! They have an extensive menu so you'll find something to satisfy your pallet. Made to order, fresh, and savory. Price is reasonable. I also had a glass of plum wine which was delicious. ? ??

Extremely rude customer service. Food was basic. Nothing spectacular here. Seek food somewhere else. Chinese masquerading as Japanese.

I tried Kyoto for the first time recently and was very happy with the food. Fresh and artfully prepared. Ordered the VIP roll, Eagles roll and calamari roll. Shared the food with hot green tea and a glass of chardonnay. As we left the staff thanked us and waved. Great gem in a small shopping center.

I ordered a roll with sauces on the side and they were brought to me with the sauces on top. I brought it up to their attention and they never fixed my order. Waited 30 min and no one checked up so I had to ask for the bill only to find out I was still being charged for something I couldn’t eat.

With the use of Groupon I gave one more star. Great customer service . We had Dragon and American rolls. Dragon roll was much better.
