The food was fabulous, tried several dishes and sides. Chicken was so juicy and everything we tried was such a treatOur favorite place now
It tastes like he is using same oil for every thing for days and days after eating their food my family got stomach pain and chicken is very slaty.
Please check your order before you leave the place. 1st they gave me wrong order. Lucky I checked in the car and went back to fix the order.2nd, the jambalaya they gave me are bad. That can cause food poisoning.3rd, chickens too salty.Overall, it's a really bad experience.
Consistently the freshest, sassiest and most competently fried chicken in north Wilmington. A pretty close approximation of authentic New Orleans fried chicken.
The chicken is amazing. The honey biscuits are mind blowing. The potato wedges are hittin'. Don't get me started on the sweet potatoes pie. I have lived in Claymont for eight years and this is my favorite spot. I just learned about it from a neighbor two weeks ago. Bought a meal with sides and dessert for four people for under $40. Where else can you say that? Best chicken I've had besides my Granny's.
Good flavors but very greasy. I could finish any of mine for all the grease.. This was a new location so that might be the issue since I never heard that from friends that tried another location and they raved about. Sauces left something to be desired as well.
The chicken was good a little spicy for my liking but the crunch was on point. Don't recommend the pizza, nothing like any pizza I have ever tasted but then again it's a chicken place.
Too damn hot for starters!!!! Felt like I walk into a oven. They have no personality, no manners and the food is old...
Great, so is staff. Clean. Biscuits TASTE good but the CONSISTENCY of it is ..Well, let's just say you'll be glad to get a drink with the meal.
Nice staff. Chicken was crispy and available fresh and hot but a bit salty for my taste. Tenders had a different texture as if they had been soaked in a tenderizer.
