I love it here! I have been a customer for a few years now! I first started with their seafood platters and then I started getting their blue crabs too! I have never had a problem with anything I have ever ordered from here! They are very professional even when they get slammed with orders back to back! I love how they send you a text telling you when your order is done. I love how at times they give you extra blue crabs with your order and when they have a special on the blue crabs ❤️ Jae’s is def my favorite crab spot in Wilmington
First time trying Jae today. They only had small blue crabs left, but I am very pleased with my order. The crabs were fresh and had a good amount of meat for their size. Price was reasonable and service was fast. Will definitely try again.
I love this place my favorite the Owner knows that I don’t get off work till 4 o’clock so he’ll hold the order for me on a holiday when everywhere else is sold out that’s awesome??????????????
Purchased crabs over memorial day weekend. When I called they only had large available that day. They turned out to be very sweet and full of yummy crab....they were a hit!!!Thanks so much!
I for one go here weekly for steamed blue crab and have never been disappointed. The guys there are nice and always greet you when you come in. I can only speak for myself and say I've never encountered any issues. Tommy is awesome. He throws in extra crabs and chats with you. Reviews are reviews some people have had bad experiences and some good. All I can say is you have to go there and see for yourself. I'm happy to be a repeat customer.
We found Jae’s during COVID and have not stopped eating there since. Our family is big on snow crab, so that is usually our order. Since ordering crab there, my kids have also started eating crab. If you like crab, and you are in the Wilmington area, this is the place to go!
I frequently visit Jaes bc I'm a crab lover! Always hot and delicious. Usually pretty well priced although recently I have found them to be more expensive than there competitors however its still worth it! Also there customer service is unmatched especially being that a crab take out place usually isn't where u expect great customer service!
Tasty seafood at amazing prices! I got the steamed shrimp, which was made butter garlic Old Bay style... delicious!

Bad customer service! I placed an order over the telephone for a veggie platter. He said it’ll be done right away and I don’t live too far from this place. I received a txt message my order was ready! Five minutes later they txted me again. As I was headed to this place, he called to tell me “Next time when you place an order, be on time. We like to make sure it’s fresh” told him thank you I’m on my way.It’s snowing! I felt like I was being rushed! I got there and I was paying with an EBT card. After finding out that he was the owner he asked for $2.00. He repeated himself again. I didn’t know what for so I asked. He stated “cooking fee for hot food” i don’t remember paying 2.00 a year ago but I was unaware of the policy change. He never asked how I was paying. He got upset because I was asking question about this extra 2.00. He took the food away and said” I don’t have to give you my food” we argued after that! Smh ??♀️ Im from Philadelphia so I’m pretty much a new customerI’m all about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! and today, wasn’t that at all. Very rude, impatient & Not informative
