A lot of people from my job order lunch from here, so I decided to get dinner....I was highly disappointed! I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and chicken Alfredo, and both were disgusting. I wanted wings, but they were all out. Don't know if I would try again. ?

Wings were not great and fries were cooked too long soaked in ketchup (,more like ketchup with fries. No longer a patron of this store.
I understand being short staff, Covid pandemic, etc. going on in the world. However, if you are doing grubhub, door dash, Uber eats, etc. then the orders should be done in the time frame given by the apps. The communication is horrible, my order was wrong, I had to wait an extra half hour for my food that was given a time by SLICE app.

Placed and paid for order online, as I always do. Received the email with a delivery time window. When food wasn't delivered, I started calling just to see if I needed to come get it. 7 calls and they kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold. Got in my car a drove up to Miller Road, no cars in the lot, no people in the store was still on hold almost 7 minutes. Never received such BAD customer service from this store before.
