I usually get the food delivered from here. This was my first time going in the store. I was a little disappointed just to the level of cleanliness. The kiosk needed to be wiped down. Soda machine should of been cleaned. The staff were ALL EXTREMELY NICE. The food is always good. Always! I love this store and maybe I went in when it was busy and they didn't have the chance to wipe down. I will be going back and ordering again cause they are amazing in every other way. An it wasn't filthy just cleaned up
I ordered two stir frys for take out, one of which was sauce on the side. I paid cash. Upon arriving home, I called the location and spoke with Cindy. As I was unable to come back in for a refund, she offered for me to come back to the location within a week. This is not feasible as I work in a correctional setting in which I work shift work. She reluctantly sent me an email for a free stir fry. When I stated my frustration that a 35 dollar lunch was bungled, she said "I understand." I suppose she thought she had hung up, but she had not and I was then treated to hearing the things she was saying about me and how frustrating people are etc. This was wildly unprofessional and quite frankly I had every right to call and ask to be refunded for a 14 dollar incorrect meal.
I walked in to the store to pick up an order and was made to wait half an hour. If they felt like making it, they got to customers orders. I was picking up a doordash for a customer and the girl at the front was intentionally making me wait, for whatever reason I don't know. This is the rudest honeygrow I've ever been to

Love the food BUT I ordered from the app and when I got there and the woman at the counter said it's not ready yet. Then she left and a new woman came up. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before she even said anything too me. I asked about my order and she said there was no record of me ordering. Then asked for a receipt and I showed them that. They made the food and all but they couldn't give an apology or anything for the fact that I waited a half an hour for the food and was inconvenienced. I get there are issues but an apology goes a long way.(Update : They reached out and gave an apology plus credit. Thanks Honey Grow for making it an occurrence and not the norm.)
$2.00 for a 1/4 of brown avocado. Otherwise pretty good food.
Honeygrow is one of my go to's for a fresh low-cal meal, and the prices you cant beat. and not to mention you guys have Whole Grain noodles. My last order was great!!! But a little heavy on the Chili Flakes Lol. Which was ok, The food is Amazing so the fact that someone was heavy on the Red Chili Flakes did bother me one bit!! Please keep up the good work, I wish we had one a little closer to Eddysone, Pa closest one is in Wilmington Pa.
When someone's food is ready they put it on a shelf instead of calling out the name. So if five of six ppl are waiting for food they all converge on it.its embarrassing for everyone involved. A swarm of ppl all hoping one order is theirs. Even if it is a takeout order the person may already be there to get it. Let's have some manners and better communication please. I don't like going here when the managers aren't there. With the great resignation I guess we just have to be happy with anyone who has a pulse
Food tasted bland and the Miso garlic noodles were literally all stuck together in ball form, hard to get a single bite. Two bowls comes out to $27 with no add-ons which is ridiculously expensive. Dine in bowls come in super small portions for that price. Eating table areas are dirty. Mediocre food, never spending money here again.
A friend introduced me to this spot a few weeks ago, I am hooked on this food. I tried the spicy garlic, great choice. The service was great, we received our food quickly.
