Closed for good.will be torn down and replaced with businss & apartments I was told.
I say a mouse run towards what I assumed to be the kitchen area I mentioned it to the manager he told me to find somewhere else to eat. ? yes that was my reaction WOW.
Had lunch. Place was clean and inviting. Staff very pleasant and attentive. There were four of us and all enjoyed our meals. Good selection on the menu, even for the vegan in our group. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend.
I use to love this place because the food was excellent! I should have been concerned when tI went and here were only one car in the parking lot. This place was always busy. Anyway, the food - VERY, VERY BAD?. The hash browns were clearly leftovers from prior days because they were cold and sorta stale ? . The bacon was think as a piece of paper with no taste, I guess because it was over cooked in the oven . The pancakes were below average and the toast was of the lowest quality bread you can buy?. I could have understood the food being cold if the joint was packed, but ther were only two other customers in the place. However, the waitress was SUPER nice? but unfortunatelyI will not be going back to this place. **RIP** to the old Hollywood Grill.??
Years ago I stopped eating eggs, they just didn’t taste the same anymore. In the summer of 2021, I stopped at the Hollywood Grill Restaurant hoping to finally taste their delicious food I had heard so much about. I wasn’t feeling great that day and my body was craving eggs. They offered a hearty breakfast deal which included: 2 eggs, meat, home fries, toast, orange juice, and a hot beverage. So I decided to try the eggs, despite my many disappointments. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my breakfast came out, nice & hot! The eggs tasted as I remembered them, growing up, fluffy and light!!! The potatoes were bite size and delicious. I had an English muffin that had a soft center and crispy end, plus orange juice and hot tea. The staff was friendly and professional, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was bright and clean with large windows. I sat at the counter, relaxed, feeling like I was at the beach. ?⛱ I recommend the Hollywood Grill Restaurant to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a delicious home cooked meal!
Terrible. Food was cold, for the 2 time on my service. 3 time they made it fresh, the home made potatoes were cold, Canadian bacon was so cold, taken out of the fridge. I don't know if the people from Delaware are used to cold food. Never again. My second time there. Not anymore.
We came in this morning, ordered breakfast. It was not good. The main issue i had was my pancake syrup. It came in a small plastic cup, as i poured it on my pancake a glob of something came down onto my pancake. At first i dismissed it thinking it was just the syrup but there was a strange taste so i didnt eat the pancakes. I dont know what happened but it left a strange taste in my mouth and i was not at all happy with the visit.
I've been coming for years, but the food is getting better to me. Kirsty wish they'd serve grits past 12pm on thre weekends. Otherwise, it's always great.
It was a good dining experience we got a booth for 3. I had the Philly cheese steak it was really good, and the burgers were also good a little pricey but not too bad overall decent diner experience. nothing too fancy but great service too! drinks are a little pricey $$ though for fountain drinks leave it too Delaware I'm from Pennsylvania lol no tax still expensive ?
The chef by the name as Keith was just engaging & my meal was excellent. Just as engaging was the manager. Was exceptionally friendly & nice. I strongly recommend this resturant.
