Ordered Door Dash From Great Wall last night. About 10 minutes after I placed order door dash went down and was down for hour and a half. Prior to Door Dash going down dasher was not assigned to pick up order. When Door Dash came back up dasher was assigned to order went to store and had to wait for order. When order was delivered it was hot and fresh. The Dasher apologized for the wait he said he had to wait for Great Wall to remake the order. Great Job Great Wall you could of just sent out order that had been sitting there like I read online many other restaurants did but you had pride in your product and made sure it was fresh and hot before you sent it out. Customer for life here.
This is standard Chinese takeout food. Because I’m too lazy to drive to other restaurants further away from my house I default to this one. This one delivers to my house.The food usually arrives hot. But the food is bland. Spicy dishes aren’t spicy. All the sauces are the same for most dishes and don’t challenge the palette.If you’re not lazy like me, invest the time to drive somewhere else.
Ok I’m from Philly and sorry Delaware but I can never find food out here that taste like home.But I was pleasantly surprised to find this place by my house the wings were fried hard with salt & pepper just like the corner stores in Philly. The shrimp in the rice were a little over cooked but that was to be expected just like I’m use to.This satisfied my Chinese food craving & taste just like home …. I’ll order again

Had a dead fly in my food.. my gf tried calling them back to get our money back & they acted like they couldn’t hear & tried hanging up & making up excuses why they couldn’t bring the money & them laughing when she said she wanted money back I find that very unprofessional I don’t recommend this “store”
Absolutely wonderful every time. This has been my go-to local spot for years and they have never disappointed. Get the almond cookies! It’s a secret treasure from this restaurant.
Not the friendliest people who work the counter, but their food is always good. Their delivery drivers are usually prompt as well.

I just ordered Moo goo gai pan along with shrimp fried rice for my husband and we both love love loved it! It was fresh, hot and the portions were perfect. Best Chinese food we’ve had in a very long time. I would post a picture but we already ate it!
Long time customer, for over 10 years. Food is good, but I’ve found hair in my food too many times now. Over 10 times. I wont be getting food from them ever again.
