I ordered from door dash large oxtail and only gave me 4. This company is a rip off and not to mention the food was bland.

Decided to place an order for jerk chicken with cabbage and mac and cheese. Didn’t think much about ordering being as though I used to order from here quite often…well when I received my order, the entree was cabbage with a side of chicken bones and fat covered in jerk sauce. This place has definitely went down since I last visited…really sad, won’t be returning!!
That was my first time there. I got curry goat, rice n peas and cabbage. It was alright, but they gave me a small portion of goat and the rice wasn't tender. I'll probably try it again. Maybe they had a bad day.
Superrrrrrrr slow. 1st time here myself and I asked for extra sauce… barely any sauce… barely any shrimps… ladies were nice….Update: They were willing to make more sauce for me. I had 12 shrimp…nice medium size so more than it looks like before and the food was tasty! My only complaint now was the slow service and the lack of sauce with the original order. ??
I rate this place 1 a month.... This Time I went to treat my family and They Actually Exceeded my expectations. The women That were working were amazing and attentive.
Worst customer service ever. Lady thinks she can talk to you like a child when we are trying to patron the business. Need a new cashier.
I will never buy from there again for the price you would think that they would put more time into cooking the food the cabbage is always raw and the meats are sometimes over or under cooked .
I am so disgusted and disappointed with this place. Ordered through Doordash, only thing half way decent was the rice and peas, everything else was trash. Fried drum sticks cut into pcs. To make it look like more, sweet potatoes dry as dirt, mac and cheese dry and tasteless. Oxtail wasn't cooked long enough.. So bad, I complained on door dash, got a credit and ordered from spice is nice in New Castle. I would never again order from this place
