We went today for my grandson’s 4th birthday. Maddie our waitress was great. The food was good and milkshakes amazing! It was Mother’s Day so we waited one hour for a table. Everyone was working so hard and as fast as they could. But what was disappointing and you should be aware, we left a 22% cash tip on the table and when I checked out at the cashier she had added a 20% tip to my card without even asking! I told her I left cash on the table but she didn’t know how to fix it. I didn’t do anything about it because I felt bad for them all that they were working so hard. But be careful when checking out!

Goober Diner has some tasty food and a friendly staff. It has a pleasant atmosphere. The seating is decent for the size of the restaurant. The reason I gave it four stars is their takeout part is lacking. I have gotten take out four times, and every time they would forget something or the dish would be wrong/not the entire dish. I believe they need to be checking the orders more. As the customer, I try to inspect my meal before leaving, but sometimes like all of us, I have to get back to the house, work, or E.C.T, because life comes up. Sometimes it's just too packed. The wait time is fine here, most of the time, but that is not the problem. The problem was as stated above. I would recommend that you eat in . As for taking out, I can't recommend it because the wrong order was given to me so many times.

Friendly staff and service. Food came out a little late and luke warm. Notified waitress and the manager came up apologized and gave us 10% off our bill. We were under a time restraint so we ate quickly. Highly recommend Goober’s and will return again.

After it took ten minutes to figure out what I ordered due to the online system not matching the in house system, and after adding what was missing to my order I got my food. My creamed chipped beef was very salty and small portioned for $10 compared to other local establishments. Rest of my food was good. Expected more as I used to love his cooking at the hotel. But all in all the total experience wasn’t what I thought it would be. Potatoes were good.

The service and the food were good. I had a veggie omelette and added a few things. Fair prices too.

This was my first time visiting this place, and I liked it very much. It looks just like 1950s Diner, and the atmosphere inside matches the look of the building outside. The food was good, the prices were good, and the wait staff was happy and attentive. I'll be back.

A friend told us about this diner. It's unique and the service and the food was great. I love places with that old time feel and like to support local business. there is a car museum next door with some really nice cars and it was free. Worth the ride on a rainy day!

Large breakfast portions & staff was friendly, efficient & very speedy!

Amazing staff and food! Everything was great. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend

By far the most immaculate, polished place I have ever been to. The menu was somewhat standard, but not overloaded. Some fun twists to Southern dishes. Portions were generous, but great attention to execution...nothing excessive in the way of sauces, grease, etc. as can happen in diners. Tasty. Good and attentive service. Standard prices. Fun decor.
