went there for a few slices of pizza and at the time they were a little understaffed and overwhelmed. They put my slices in the oven to warm them up as I enjoyed a beer. When I went to pay, the manger explained because of how busy they were he lost track of time and my slices got a little overdone so he let me have them plus three extra no charge for the additional slices. I still would've been happy with the slices that were, I mean, a little overdone, but that didn't meet their standards and they more than made up for it to keep me happy and a returning customer. I really enjoy that place
We actually had very good experiences prior to this, but the first pic below is of a gluten free chicken bruschetta pizza (it would have been nice if they at least spread the toppings out), and the other pizza we paid $4 extra for extra broccoli and tomatoes. I’d hate to see what’s on the pizza when you don’t order extra. I’m so disappointed because like I said, we’ve had such good experiences before this.
I am not by any means giving a 1 star because of the taste of the food which is soo sad I love their pizza! I am giving this for the fact I watched the man preparing pizzas count money lay the money on the counter where food was being prepared and never once washed his hands nor cleaned the counter after. I saw another man place fresh dough on said counter and continue to make a fresh pizza. The same man on 2 other occasions took out the same money and flipped through it and then stuffed it in his pants only to then pick up cheese and sprinkle it on a pizza. I understand things may slip your mind but money is dirty and to have that just laying around where food is being prepared or being counted and nothing is being cleaned nor hands not being cleaned I just can’t. It’s really sad because their pizza is really good.

My boyfriend picked up a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza just now for the Super Bowl tonight and let me tell you- SO good! Definitely will be ordering from here in the future.
Super good pizza and nice staff. Though I would say my pizza needed to be cooked 5% more last night. The basil in the sauce is to die for.

Worst delivery ever. Driver super impatient. I’m literally dealing with a customer because I had the food delivered to my job. The driver acted as if they couldn’t hold on for second even after being told they’d be helped in a minute. Then basically told me that they were too busy to wait and that they needed my signature now. It turned me off and I wasn’t hungry anymore. I then called and said I want my money back and the reply I get is to give me your card number and you’ll get your refund tomorrow. SMH. No I paid today I want my refund today. The driver lied and said I gave her the finger and instead of seeing what they could do to keep customers they would rather lose customers. The owner is a joke.
Nice place, they have about 12 different kinds of Pizza. Fast,@ go if you're in a hurry.
Place is a joke anytime I order my food is not what I asked for and anything I try and complain the workers don’t give a crap nor does the owner they want the money and that’s it I order numerous times with maybe one time the pizza was good…but all other times they bring wrong pizzas or make it wrong and when you say something they get upset and basically tell you” we don’t know what to tell you” over heard that so many times there. That’s the Gianni motto is “ we don’t know
