If I could choose 0 stars I would. Seafood is bland & isn’t cooked the way requested. I also paid for a platter just to arrive home and notice that it wasn’t placed in the bag & I was not reimbursed or compensated. Would not recommend.
Crabs were absolutely delicious!!! Cooking them in 2 beers made them so juicy. Best I’ve had here in Delaware yet
Crabs and seafood is good most times but they got the drunk woman at the counter and she be stealing from customers it’s the same old lady with the messed up drawn on eyebrows that be looking shocked! She be always looking crazy for nothing but you have to watch that cash bill. It’s always more if she up there

Omgoodness so sad the food is awesome the prices you can't argue. The phone and in store experience was horrible. The lady with the drawled on eyebrows that answers the phone and casher was so rude. I got hung up on she was very angry on the phone and at the store. I know I'm in the hood I was using my manners as if I was at the duponts. She talked to me with her back turned and taking my order at the same time. Another customer look at me and apologized for her behavior. Lord never in my life only in the hood. Get rid of the spanish cashier with the drawled on eyebrows. I can take my EBT somewhere else.
I ordered there all the time and this last time I called and asked how much something was and they are so ghetto she said that not my job description that’s ghetto I would never go there again they will never get my money again
i love frank’s but everytime i call to order it goes straight to voicemail
I always loved franks intill they got new people the clerk stole my EBT card I came back to get it she held my card does anybody know what I can do about this situation
I haven't been to Frank's in months they are to expensive. I'll never go back.
The mussels were delicious. The crabs were good too.
