Goodness gracious: asking for only 2 of the dozen possible add-ins, I still ended up with only one. Not a busy day/time, either; literally one other milkshake order before mine, which was already made when I came to pickup my online order. Ridiculous, especially when ChikFilA offers a FAR superior milkshake, for almost $2 less. For sure aint going back.
Disgusting! You have to strategically pick the right time to go! This huge guy there made a burger that my 3 year old could’ve made better at home! It was disgusting!! Also, a group of them just stare at you like we are in a prison kitchen! They also Over cooked my fries! Beware!
Great meal and clean restaurant! I'm a tough critic for 5 stars, so a place really has to go above and beyond to gain that high of a rating. But our burgers were good, hot dogs classic, and more fries than we could eat! Everything about this visit met my expectations.

Just placed an online order , arrived to the five guys 15 minutes later. Came in with 0 other customers and mentioned my pickup order name to two employees. Neither did anything or checked for my order, same thing happened 5 minutes later. After 20 minutes they pull my bag off the rack which had clearly been there the whole time , and then tried to play it off like it just came out.$10.15 for a soggy five guys burger. Glorious.
I ordered my burger with raw onions, jalapenos and mayo. They must have put about four full table spoons of mayo on it,so much I couldn't taste the onions or jalapenos. The French fries were so under cooked they limp and raw tasting. The quality of this place has really went down over the last six month's .purchase on Saturday 4-23-22.
Hamburger was edible. There were about 200 French fries in a small order but they were overcooked, limp and lukewarm. I’d rather have 10 properly cooked fries.
Visit the Five Guys the 1st time. So impressed with the size of the "large"fries... It's more than overflow!!!Plenty of parking space. Easy to spot from the street. Will try their shakes the next time. :)
