The bagels are ridiculous, the hash browns are addictive and the coffee was also quite delish. However, the cookies were rock hard and there was only one kind of non decaf coffee available when we came in which was quite disappointing. Nevertheless we shall return for those delightful bagels and twice baked hashbrowns ?

I was really looking forward to getting a favorite sandwich here today until I witnessed the employee on break outside come back in with gloves on and go back behind the counter and start making food without changing his gloves. Don’t mind so much the mask under his chin but the gloves - he clearly doesn’t understand the use of them at all. So gross, I’d rather eat somewhere else.

Understand Covid became a reason for businesses to open later. As an essential worker it became obvious to me that Einstein Bros has no intention to restore pre-restriction hours of operations. That said they will continue to lose business. It is sad that this tail wag the dog culture run by snowflakes will force this once great franchise out of business.
My first time going to this bagel shop today after an eye appointment. It wouldn’t be my last l’ll definitely check them again my bagel cream cheese lox capers and onion was absolutely delicious. So fresh and it wasn’t messy eating it!
