Our dinner at Eclipse last night was all that we have come to expect from Eclipse over the years. We were seated quickly, the food was excellent and our server was top notch. Eclipse remains one of our favorite spots.
I had not been at Eclipse Bistro since the holidays. I selected it for lunch with a visiting friend because I knew we would be able to hear each other. The service was great, and we were able to relax and talk over an extended meal. I have to remember to keep going back.
On a road trip and found this gem. Great service and yummy food! Drinks were great also!
Taco app with shortrib was excellent. Appreciated the small/large entree options.
We were housesitting in DC and thought about making reservations for dinner in this city. An Internet search reminded us that 1. DC is expensive! and 2. We hadnât gotten any personal recommendation for restaurants, so weâd be spending a lot of money on an unknown. Eclipse Bistro is our go-to spot in Wilmington for special occasion meals: it has never let us down! We drive home a day early so we could enjoy an excellent meal with excellent service for my birthday. And thatâs exactly what we experienced. Very happy with our choice.
Usual wonderful foods and service, but evening marred by a loud and unruly group of six celebrating a birthday at the adjacent table. Unnecessarily loud and clearly disturbing many diners, it was unpleasant and we were glad to escape, passing on dessert and coffee to depart.
Perfectly cooked hangar steak and burger for dinner. The fries and bacon fat cooked potatoes were so hot and crispy like they were plated just after coming off the stove (it was heaven).
Rough service. Had to ask if there were specials. Wine glasses sat empty for some time. Food always great (the special soup of carrot gazpacho was amazing!), but rough night service-wise.
Interesting but compact menu should appeal to most diners. Excellent preparation of our entrees and salads with novel touches. Meghan's service was excellent.
Great service, delicious food, accommodated baby who left the floor a bit dirty but was no problem for staff. Wonderful atmosphere and food to celebrate small wedding party. Short one salmon filet but shrimp salad was perfect substitute
