Everything I ordered was terrible. The bacon was burnt. I wasn't given the donuts that I ordered. It clearly stated what I ordered on the receipt and I was given random donuts that weren't even baked properly. The worst Dunkin experience I've ever had.
They never got my order wrong but they a couple of faces look like they don’t like their job. They are snappy and have attitudes, I go there if my co workers go, as for efficiency they good customer service I say if you don’t like your job just find another. I had the dragonfruit lemonade it was ok. I think I may not like dragon fruit flavors because it’s never good to me.
Great place, friendly faces. They always have your order up and ready when they see you walk in. Rina is the greatest!! Love DD!!!
DO NOT order door dash from here. I ordered hash browns, a croissant with sausage egg and cheese, and a box of 12 donuts. The dasher called me and told me they were “out” when I went to cancel my order it said NO REFUNDS. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS, I paid for my food expecting it to be delivered to me, then you tell me there’s no refunds? This is despicable and I am BEYOND enraged.
I ordered door dash and the didn’t even cover the hole in the lid…smh a waste of coffee…
Customer service was friendly but this location is extremely dirty and smells awful. I was immediately nauseous after eating a doughnut. I would not recommend.
I stopped there this morning and ordered a Caramel Macchiato. I was informed they were out, when the gentleman told the manager/owner that I needed a refund, they said they had another way to heat the milk!!! After waiting 10 minutes, they gave me a cup, which smelled like the cup was addicted to cigarettes, with coffee that I would have to heat up to male Luke warm!!! I always try to find a way to be positive and help myself think outside of my personal feelings, but this was a total disappointment, not to mention I was running late, and this was my morning brew!!!???
Do you get an eh feeling from walking in somewhere? I called this Dunkin twice to make sure they had what I wanted for my mobile order (you know how Dunkin’ is frequently out of items) and no one answered. Must be busy. Went over there and there was no one in the restaurant except the people working ? and then the girl working barely said two words to me. Listen, the food was fine, but come on, work on your customer service a little. You’re talking to people, you aren’t a robot.
Need to find a quicker way service their customers at peak rush hour times. People heading to work have limited time to grab food & beverages.
This store is close to home so it's convenient in the morning on my way to work. Unfortunately the service is so slow! They never have change...seems like they need more staff.
