I had a couple awful interactions with the barista I want to say her name is Kelly (she has really long hair what kind of looks matted and drove a minivan) she burned my hand a couple months back by handling a coffee to me wrong and then acting like it was my fault she really didn’t like it when we told her it was actually her fault almost a whole year later she brought up the incident again and told us that we were banned I think it’s just really funny because I remember telling her coworkers about it and all them saying how much she’s trash person and how she had it coming jokes on you I don’t want to come back I will actually go to a Dunkin’ who knows how to make a signature latte correctly (The one Dunkin’ on route 13 right next to the storage unit is incredible)
The service here is absolutely horrible and I waited for 20 minutes for an XL coffee and I was the only one at the drive-through.Also a few weeks ago I must have came in at a shift change or something because after not answering the drive through menu I went around and didn't even have anyone come up to the window to help me just BS'd with each other in plain sight.
BEST coffee rolls around! I make the trip all the way over here because all other’s don’t compare.

Slowest drive through ever. 25 minutes for 4 cars!!! When I got to the window they were laughing and talking while my coffee sat on the window ledge. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I drove off with no coffee and will never return. Where is the manager in this store? Certainly not on the front line assuring proper customer service.
everyone was so nice and personable and seemed like they were genuinely having a good time (which is impressive with a drive through line wrapped around) drinks were ready and tasted great, line moved fast, and its cheap !! :)
Always busy but always fresh, friendly & organized. My preferred DD despite the long lines, worth the wait.
High wait times and now drive through only (20m minimum). I live within walking distance and cannot even walk to grab cup of coffee.
Wish they could get more staff in to open the inside for online pick up. Drive thru takes upwards of 30 minutes depending on the line. At times I've waited for 45 min bc I placed a app order and can't cancel or get the $ back.
