First time going, I'm pretty sure this is the right Dunkin, I'm not entirely sure. But the food is very very good. I'd love to rate it 4 1/2 but I dont even think that's possible because the food is very good and the service was alright but the employees were a bit stiff like. It's not that big of a deal but I was being pretty nice to them hoping for at least a smile but they seemed a bit out of it. I mean maybe they are just hyper focused on their work, idk. But thank you guys so much for working so hard and for making such good muffins and sausage egg and cheese wraps(even though I got without Cheese because I'm lactose intolerant, still very delicious) I loved it, eating my muffin as I type. Also, I've tried dragon fruit drinks before but at all the other Dunkin's they were NEVER this good, idk what your secret is but keep it up!
Most DD's are the same for me. This store is on my way to work, and they open at 5am- two constants that work well for me. Service is good, restaurant is clean and it's easy to order more than originally planned.

The lady is very rude and she is so racist. I can’t believe she got smart with my sister and I over the app. They have very poor customer service skills.
So yesterday me and husband was on concord pike so we stop at the Dunkin’ donut up there my husband went in for some coffee and donut so I came out the car and told him I had to used the bathroom while walking in a white man went in to the male bathroom and I went in to the ladies bathroom behind me was a young white girl so I used the bathroom and came out I saw the entrance to the bathroom was blocked so I squeezed my way through and was being attacked for using the the bathroom by an Indian man who is the owner I started cussing me out and said I moved the barrier and went in the bathroom and that the toilet don’t flush that’s a lie I was being attacked because I’m black and he just saw me came out my car and walk straight to the bathroom people of color shouldn’t be treated like we are dogs I told him that a white man and white girl use the bathroom and you didn’t fuss at them what did I do he said you move the barrier and I said no he just kept on accusing me I felt like I was discriminated against.
Customer Service was Good. COFFEE was GREAT! Made Exactly how I requested. Cranberry Orange Muffin... A Bit STALE???? I know FRESH and in fact worked for Dunkin a few years back. Otherwise GOOD place & Purchases. ??

Super kind staff. Brought my nephew for his first time inside a donut shop ever and he picked out a dozen! The kind woman added some free donuts holes! Made our morning!
