If you absolutely insist on this location, pay close attention to the prices and check your receipts. I was overcharged a few times here since covid. And I don't visit here often because of it. They charged $3.46 for the new $3 medium Brown Sugar Cold Brew. I pointed right up at the BIG $3 advertisement. Counter guy was like "It's tax added." I said "In Delaware??" Took a call to management and 10 minutes to fix it. And they couldn't even figure out how to get the price fixed. It was like $3.02! They already made the donuts smaller, cheaper, stale, doubled the price, then got rid of them altogether.. and then they doubled the price of their coffee in the past 3 years. They finally got rid of those pot head teens working there, I think? But they'll hire literally anyone. I'm laid back compared to most, and this place just amps me up after each visit. I live right behind this place, but I swear it's just NOT worth it. Also, I've looked at other reviews and this Dunkin is pulling some shady business. Are they actually using cheap non-Dunkin brand coffee beans in order to save money on inventory expenses at this location?? Still using the environment killing Styrofoam instead of the waxed paper cups, too. Lot of places ripping us off after covid. You know what, I'll just go elsewhere for my coffee. Avoid this place, people. Way, way too expensive and way too much hassle. Wawa is just hands-down better in every way
I work nearby, so I stop almost everyday. I order the same thing every time. Large Iced Coffee, 3 sugar, less ice, ONE cream. Their app only displays the word CREAM for one cream, so they make the drink wrong by adding the normal three creams. I usually don't care, becuase they make it over for me. Today the girl lied to my face, saying she only put one cream in. Also, it was full of ice.

This place is awful when the teenagers on the weekends are there. It is literally 1 min from my my house, but I will drive to ANY other Dunkin to avoid this one. When they mess up your order, which is very frequently, they give attitude and fix the size issues by throwing more ice in a larger cup and dumping it in. Hire older, more experiences workers who don't just constantly screw around.
They need a whole staffing change here. Unbelievable, mobile orders are never completed it’s chaos and unorganized there’s absolutely no sense of customer service. This location has fallen off completely. They will tell you they don’t have something because they are too lazy to go to the back to refill the machines or if they don’t know how to make it. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, i will drive out of the way to go to a different one.
