Very polite. Service is always fast. Even though I only visit two or three times per week they always seem to know my usual order not forgetting the few ice cubes in my coffee. The only knock on them is that it seems their prices go up like every other week even if it's just a nickel or dime.
This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. If you want to drive through don’t use this one. Service is fast and orders are always correct. Their order ahead is great too.
I honestly never have a good experience here. They always “forget” something, give you the wrong item or lack in the drink department due to not following directions. They also are not very friendly and seem to be annoyed when you ask them to correct their mistake. After countless disappointments, I won’t be going here anymore, I’d prefer to go a little further up to the other DD, long lines but superior service.
I ordered 2 dozen donuts through the app. Went to get them at 6:30 they had nothing but plain donuts left. I asked the guy working if he could give me a refund for a dozen he said no bc it was too long and complicated and I came in too late. I then asked if I could have icing and i would pay for it he again said “you’re way too late for that”. Dunkin closes at 7:30 I was there at 6:30 I have never seen a lazier worker. Pretty sure in customer service the customer is always right he could have atleast refunded me or given me icing. I’m truly disappointed and will not be coming back to this dunkin even though my neighborhood is right next to it. I’ll take the 2 mile drive to the one down the street no problem.

Went there early am around 5:30 am. Place was clean, BUT THE DONUTS I PURCHASED WERE VERY STALE. DRIEST DONUTS I EVER HAD.
Waited 30 minutes for my Door Dash driver to message me that my order needs to be refunded because Dunkin' is closed. Why was my order accepted in the first place!
Donuts fresh. Coffee hot. Quick service.
