I placed an order and it seemed to being going good till it said Paul was quality checking it, well apparently he was quality checking it for about an hour before Wesley the manager had to go back and remake it then proceed to quality check it for an hour himself. I tried to call the store five times to see what was going on with my order and they never answered.I wouldn’t waste your time trying to order from here, I know it’s more expensive but Grottos pizza is seriously the best!
Please read if your in nemours hospital and you or ur kid want pizza dont go here unless you wanna wait from 930 to 1120 to get the food and it be cold after being patient im very dissapointed
BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION !!! I made a delivery order that was delivered incomplete. We noticed the missing item as the driver was driving off and immediately called the store and was on hold for more than 1hr before giving up. These morning 9/10/22 i called and spoke to a "Lady' who was extremely unprofesional and complained of how she had to many orders to fill. She also claimed she couldn't find my order despite me giving all the reciept info. She also stated they can't refund for items NOT delivered?????. Lesson learned don't pay this Store (Marsh rd Domino"s in Wilmington) in advance and check your orders before the driver leaves your door. DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!! I will only order there again only if very Desperate!!!
This place has really gone to the dogs. I ordered and paid for extra Italian sausage. Mind you they charge a delivery fee as well. When the pizza was delivered there was no sausage anywhere on the pizza. I don’t live too far so I had to TAKE it to the store and they re-made it of course and gave a complimentary soda. The re-made pizza had meat on it but the pie left a whole lot to be desired when it comes to taste. It will be a very long time before I patronize them again. If I could I would give 1/2 star.
I keep calling the store and someone is just picking up the phone and hanging it back up! My order went into quality check by Stephanie at 6:06 p.m. and it's STILL in quality check as I am posting this review! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! My order is #1176
Ordered on a Saturday night via the app. Had a 31-41 minute wait. After an hour, I call the store and they say it'll be another hour until my order will be delivered. Great. I instead drove to the store and picked up my order. The guys behind the counter were nice enough to refund me the tip and delivery charge I had made on the app so one star added back on from them. But my pizza, wings, and breadsticks were so cold. And it was way too late in the evening to even bother going back and wait another hour for food. Won't ever be returning here again and beware of erroneous and actual lengthy delivery times that are inexcusable.
Always late first and foremost! Secondly tonight they’ve topped their normal disappointment. I order 2 medium pizzas. 1.5 later I get 1 pizza and breadsticks. (With 5 kids) in the house at the time and myself. Called the store and the most they can do for me is tell me who the driver was. As if that was gonna change my order. Total dissatisfaction.
I love this domino's. I love the employees. I love the pizza so much I eat it all in one sitting. This domino's deserves infinite stars. They got the Mario rating cause they defeated Bowser with your deliciousness. Peach who?
I don’t understand how my food was cold as ever and I only live 3-5 mins from the store . My hot wings were cold and chewy . The sauce was scarce and taste old or something. The sauce had a funny taste in general. My pizza was also cold as ever. I’m definitely laying off dominos for a while. The far worst experience ever with them .
I love this domino's so much I had to come out on my second account to say it. Sorry I don't have a third or I'd keep going. Sorry not sorry I love this domino's and the manager and the workers. Great job everyone.
