Pizza here is top tier. Being from New Jersey, this place hits close to home. I haven’t had pizza this good in years. Highly recommend to anyone!!
I LOVE Dom's pizza! It's some of the best pizza and food that I've had! The drinks and bartenders are pretty awesome as well! The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect, everyone is friendly, I've struck up conversations w people while sitting at the bar. It has a real hometown vibe, but that might be bc I grew up in Silview, so I'm always hoping to run into old friends! If you're looking for a chill but fun and friendly bar/restaurant this is THE place to go!
Always liked the restaurant. But never will return again. The grill and prep area is directly behind the counter. Both the grill guy and prep guy were not wearing gloves while placing cheese on a steak sandwich, removing from the grill, cutting up lettuce and vegetables, or cutting open a roll. I asked one of them how come no gloves? He said he washes his hands. This was said as he helped fix the register printer. I told him I wash my hands too, but I don’t handle other people’s food in a restaurant.
Recommend by a good friend from NY, Who knows his pizzaHe said it was a good fill in when you get that NY slice craving. It was very good. Super thin crust so it crisp on the bottom when cooking.Tassty sauce and cheese ratio. My personal favorite the oil on the face and arm, delicious. Well worth a try
Tried twice now, pizza showed up cold both times. Not warm. Cold. To the touch. And to drive the point home, doesnt even look fresh, it looks like a pizza you take out of the fridge the day after it was delivered. Never againEDIT: After seeing the restaurant respond, I wanted to read other reviews. I'm not the first person to complain about delivery problems, cold pizza, and this isn't the first time you've had to respond. Maybe a review of the delivery process is past due. It's easier to fix the problem than it is to win customers back after the same mistake happens over and over again.Side note, I havent had delivery issues with other pizza places, using a "lack of personnel" to justify the problem is lazy
Came in NYE for takeout, waiting about 45 min-1hour. For a cheesesteak and Stromboli.My main problem: is the fact that we are in a pandemic, and absolutely ZERO workers were wearing gloves nor masks.They are touching the register, their face, and then your FOOD. With bare hands and bare faces. The only reason I didn’t walk out is because a friend suggested this place.
The food and service is 5 star when your at the actual restaurant. . . BUT IF YOU GET DELIVERY expect to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours no matter if they say 30 to 45 minutes don't get me wrong I don't mind an hour wait places get rushes but an hour and a half 2 hours is ridiculous they also forget the side sauces/ cheese for fries quite often wich is frustrating after such long waits (mostly the cheese) this is super disappointing because I'm a regular and I tip well the only reason I still oder DELIVERY from here is because my wife likes the food
You want New York style pizza this is the place to go! Best pizza in the area hands down.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is my SECOND time ordering and both times I have had an issue. The first time the order was COMPLETELY WRONG and the meat was UNDERCOOKED. This time I received a COLD pizza and waited on hold THREE TIMES for over 10 minutes each. THE OWNER IS TERRIBLE. Dom himself eventually answered the phone and SPOKE OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME. He was SO RUDE. Prior to speaking with him I was going to leave 3 stars but after dealing with him and being refused a refund I’m leaving one star. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This is a bar and takeout with some tables. The food is great. Big salads. The Stromboli is impressive - - don't order the large unless you want leftovers or have help to eat it. Dom himself works there and is quite friendly and helpful. We had a good time and would go back. Recommended, give it a try!
