Food was terrible. calamari was not fresh, devoid of flavor and way too chewy. Crab cakes were barely edible. The boil had crawfish that were gray and questionable. Did not eat those obviously. very disappointing lunch.
The first few times I had crafty crab it was great but everytime I order it’s something wrong with my seafood it smelt like bleach as if the crab legs weee old! & it was mushy never again ?
I absolutely love this place. ? me and my daughter went for the first time the food and drinks were amazing. Our server was awesome. Definitely can’t wait to go back.
We went to just get crab legs. We got 1lb snow crab, 1/2 lb king crab. We got the Crazy Cajun boil, medium spice. It was very flavorful, most of the legs were pretty meaty. The boil included one 1/2 corn on the cob and about 4 small potatoes.The atmosphere is upbeat, with old school jams playing in the background at a nice bump.The staff was pleasant, our server was very attentive. We went around 730p on a Sunday, no wait. It's in a shopping center, plenty of parking.They have a nice size bar area too, fyi. I have no info on that, other that what I saw of it.I am not aware of what's in the area to compare to, but if Joe's Crab Shack was still around, Crafty Crab would be my first choice.
We had the crab boil (snow crab and king crab) and a lobster tail with the BOOM sauce and it was very good - the BOOM sauce is possibly the most tasty sauce I've ever had.Our waitress T...a was super nice and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the atmosphere...music too loud and too base-y and generally weird lighting like in a night club.
Nice place inside not to fancy. My waiter is very nice. However the other worker who is working in the front are very loud an cursing. Also some men in here has there pants lower then there butt. I do not mind eating here if the workers are more professional. However food is good brought my family here.
They are so understaffed, or the team wasn't trained properly, they had the bar tender waiting tables while other workers were strolling around. Food is good but service was horrible
So fast so clean I wanna go back tomorrow!
Used door dash, and I’m Satisfied with the delivery service My complaint is the kids size slice of cheesecake. One scoop with a tablespoon and it was gone. Never again will I order desert from a seafood place.
Soon as we walked in, the young lady rolled her eyes because she had to get up and host us. The table and floor were very wet.The oysters are not fresh. They tasted old and they were dry. Tell tale signs, if you know your oysters, they were not fresh at all. Absolute trash. The server i couldn't hear a word she said, didn't ask me what seasoning I wanted, and didn't bring me another drink the entire time we were there. However, the establishment seems new-ish. There's still time to make changes. The cook is good. Lobster boil was good. The Asian guy was on point as well lol. Prolly the owner. Good luck
